Superb online purchase experience
Superb online purchase experience from start to finish. The Smsl su1 was the best price and the free spdif cable was icing on the cake. I specifically requested Royal Mail delivery and they obliged without hesitation. Communication was first class throughout. I fail to see how anyone could have done better

I didn't find much info about Exound, but took a chance
I was looking to take advantage of the Native Instruments Summer Sale to upgrade to Komplete 15 Collector's Edition. The average price is £224.50 from most vendors, however I noticed that Exound Pro Audio were selling it for £189.00. Also they offer a 5% discount for joining their mailing list, which you need to subscribe to when reaching the site, and before placing an order. I paid £179.55.
I did some research and found very little info about them other than what they had to say about themselves. They say they are an established Chinese music company that has just entered the global market. Not even Scam Advisor knew of them. I decided to give them a try, I could always get a reverse charge via Klarna if anything went wrong.
I placed my order and received the usual auto responses. The serial code arrived about an hour later. I opened Native Access, inserted my serial, which it happily gobbled up. about 3 or 4 minutes later, my components were ready to install.
I checked my account on the Native Instruments website and found the license in my licenses section.
Naturally, I'm very pleased with my purchase and will be adding Exound to my ever-growing list of music vendors. Many thanks to them.
