Been using this service for over a year…
Been using this service for over a year now and for the most part it's been great. There have been a few times where the content wouldn't load but it was always temporary and would only affect a few channels. I only wish the DVR stored more. But amount of channels, quality, and over all quality has been great, although I think they can update their UX experience on their app for the Fire tv. There are a few things that are clunky.

Problems with buffering every 5 seconds…
Problems with buffering every 5 seconds makes viewing impossible. Chat line help desk has now stopped assisting by saying wait for an email and now not answering.

Very happy...
I've tried and subscribed to other UK TV platforms in the past but ExpatPrime has the extras. No VPN required, has catch-up, and recording and Films on demand. I cant rate it highly enough and their help/chat line the most efficient I have ever used. I have an Android 4K TV and the app works perfectly as well as on my other devices. I had a14 days free trial without having to give any CC details and totally hassle free. For me the best.
