Me and my friends ordered the ultimate kit through my friends account and were deeply disappointed when we heard that the package was damaged and is being sent back to the seller.
we ordered it on November 11th and still have yet to receive a replacement or a refund...
Package has supposedly arrived in their facility on November 17th...
make of that what you will.

The company made a lot of great advertisement which proved how good their product was, I ordered from them and all I can say that the products speak for themselves. I recommend it and I am very proud of the products !

Great product, fast delivery

Products are amazing. I currently have the pull off drying towel and is hands down the best purchase I have ever made, no need to wring out the water when drying my car. Purpall interior cleaner is phenomenal, makes the inside of my car look brand new. Recently just purchased the Glowup ceramic spray and it's a night and day difference, before the water would sit on the panel and after the water just beads off.

Customer service is great, delivery is great and I receive my products in a short time despite being in another country

I had a few issues with my orders at first – one of the parcels was damaged during shipping, and another one got lost. On top of that, I even had a card limit problem, so it wasn’t exactly smooth sailing at the beginning.
But honestly, the way the team handled everything absolutely amazed me. They were extremely understanding, refunded the extra money, and even offered to resend the missing products without any hesitation. Communication was fast, friendly, and super professional.
It’s rare these days to see a company that truly cares about its customers like that. Massive respect to the team for being so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. If more brands were like them the world would be a better place.

I love the pre washing snow foam and how easy it is to safely contact wash afterwards. Personally I used a whole bottle of ceramic spray coating in one use and it didn’t have the results that I expected. However the pull off drying towel is phenomenal! All around very satisfied aside from the spray coating.

I made an order on the 22/07/2025 and i still dont have the order Great service.I contacted support i was told three times it will arrive by the end of the week, and i just asked for a refund but the krder is still in dhl maybe it will arrive one day.

Products deliver what they promise to do. I am very satisfied even with the detailer for the interior. Had different products before and this one is by far the best. The Glow Up is the one that surprised me the most. After the application the dirt seems to skid off my car as water does. Can definitely recommend the brand and will stock up and try other products in the future.

I was very sceptical about the ads I saw on my feed, but I was looking for a good working drying towel. After some research and reading some reviews I took the leap and ordered the bundle where the glowup was in. Delivery was quick and after first use I can only say, they deliver what they are saying. The towel is easy in use and you can dry your whole car without leaving stripes or spots. A quick wash and letting it dry in the sun and the towel is back ready for the next car.
