Las reseñas No exageran para nada, vivido en propias carnes, son ladrones y estafadores profesionales. Más de lo mismo, nos intentan colar (Bojan) en la recogida su seguro de 400€, no aceptamos, nos intentan negar una y otra vez la validez de la vigencia de la visa para que paguemos su seguro con cualquier otra tarjeta, no aceptamos teniendo que mostrar nosotros las condiciones del alquiler hasta que acceden a darnos el coche, uno pequeño con 55.000kms. A su devolución, por supuesto limpio impoluto por fuera y por dentro, con mas gasolina que en la recogida, y sin haber tenido ningún percance ni golpe, nos empiezan a sacar supuestos daños minusculos, insignificantes e inventados, y a querer que les paguemos in situ 600€ bajo amenaza de cobrarnos sino el deposito franquicia de 1340 €. Nos negamos. Lo mismo nos lo mandan por email. No accedemos. Finalmente nos mandan una factura por 632€ y lo cobran del deposito fianza. Suerte que contabamos con un seguro aparte de reembolso de la franquicia.
Nula ética profesional, violencia verbal y estafa manifiesta. La peor experiencia de nuestro viaje a Rumania, en general con gentes buenas y amables pero la excepcion parece que se cebó también
con nosotros.

I rented a Skoda Kodiaq for my trip to Brasov. Car was new and clean and the staff is experienced and polite. Keep up the good work!

Auténticos estafadores
Al recoger el vehículo me ofrecieron su seguro (Bodgan) que no acepté puesto que ya tenía contratado una protección completa con otra compañía. En ese momento repasamos los daños ya existentes, añadiendo unos 3/4 que no se reflejaban en los papeles que yo debía firmar. Bodgan me comentó que hiciera fotos de todos (error por mi parte pues no lo hice por las prisas de salir hacia Brasov). El día de la devolución tuve que hacer limpieza del coche (interior/exterior, primera vez que me encuentro con esto). Me esperaron dos personas en el parking de Otopeni con caras de pocos amigos (Marius y alguien más). Estuvieron repasando el coche poco menos que con lupa. Me preguntaron si tenía fotos y les dije que no. Me comentaron que en la llanta delantera izquierda había una pequeña rallada que no estaba. Evidentemente les dije que yo no había tenido ningún golpe y que me enseñaran las fotos de como estaba (ellos tampoco tenían). Me forzaron a firmar la hoja de recogida y después me dirían de cuanto se trataba. Pues la broma ascendió a 300 eur que tuve que pagar para desbolquear la fianza de 1400 eur.
CUIDADO NO OS LO RECOMIENDO

This is without doubt the worst car rental experience I have ever had, in 35 years of renting all over the world.

They are scammers.

High pressure at time of pick up to accept a costly additional insurance package. I declined as my credit card provides rental car insurance. I was told that if I declined the hefty additional cost, I would have to return the car washed outside and cleaned inside. This is the first time that I have ever had to do this anywhere in the world, but the extra cost of washing and valeting was still much less than the cost they wanted for the insurance.
When returning the car, I took it to a nearby garage and had it valeted - fully cleaned inside and out (which took about 45 minutes and therefore added significantly to the inconvenience of the return process).
Two of the rental company staff then gave the car the most detailed inspection I have ever experienced with a rental return, and managed "to find" (probably to plant) a small, thin scratch of about 6cm on the front bumper. I am certain that this did not occur during the rental as it is the sort of scratch which could not have been caused by another car while parked, and I know I did not contact any branch or similar while driving it.
As the minuscule scratch was not listed on the original check out papers, i was told there would be a EUR 320 charge. After short investigation, the cost to respray the entire bumper locally in Bucharest would be around EUR60, and a full respray would not be needed for a tiny scratch like this. This is an extortionate price and totally unjustified- in other words, theft.
The forensic inspection which was done on return, unlike any other car rental I have ever experienced, leads me to conclude that the charge for "damage" is just another way to profit from the rental.

This company will be reported for fraud.

I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company

Scam. Be warned.

After confirming a digital copy of an international drivers license was sufficient via WhatsApp when I arrived this meant I needed to pay an added $200 euro. Additionally, no one told us the rental could not be taken into another country: that added $300 euro. The best part however was the gas measure was broken and fixed on 8th a tank. We filled the car and could even check how many km the tank could take on (it read 480, obviously a full tanks' worth). I showed the guy a time stamped image of the gauge showing 8th a tank at time of rental. They Still said it was not full. I am going to fight the charges via amex. But do not use!!! Scam artists and shame downs await you.

Más de lo mismo, si no contratas su seguro. A mi me han hecho un cargo en la tarjeta, no una retención. Mirando con lupa los posibles arañazos (que en mi caso me cobraron limpieza de la lluvia del día anterior sobre el exterior del coche)

Estafa total! Primero intentan ponerte miedo diciendo poco menos que Rumania es casi tan peligrosa como un estado de guerra. Con eso quieres asegurarse que contrates el seguro de 200 euros.

Si dices que no lo quieres (como fue mi caso) documenta todo con fotos al detalle palmo a palmo y con videos porque sino a la llegada pequeños rasguños casi imperceptibles que ya estaban en el coche te los atribuyen y en mi caso me pedian 1000 euros o me decian que se quedarian toda la fianza.

No lo pague y ahora lo llevare por la via judicial. Debeis saber si alquilais aqui que es alquilarlo a estafadores profesionales. En caso que os ocurra como a mi y a otras personas denunciadlo, ya no sera la unica porque estara la mia puesta.

Por favor eviten EXPEDICAR para alquiler de su coche en Rumanía. Nos unimos a las ya muchas reseñas sobre estos sinvergüenzas. Devolvimos el coche limpio y con más gasolina de la que nos entregaron y comenzaron a buscar con lupa algún rasguño que no estuviera en el contrato de entrega. Nos enseñaron un puntito como la cabeza de un alfiler y una mínima línea, probablemente realizada por ellos en la inspección, porque nunca estuvieron allí. No contentos con ello inspeccionaron dentro del coche y un plástico de los bajos del asiento decían que estaba rayado, otra mentira. Ahora leemos reseñas y vemos que lo hacen con todos los que no subscriben su seguro a todo riesgo que vale tanto como el alquiler, en nuestro caso pedían 300€, pero teníamos uno ya contratado a 56€. Al final nos reclaman y lo van a cargar del depósito retenido 800€. Vamos a pelear contra esta gentuza que desprestigia Rumanía y a las agencias de alquiler. Qué vergüenza. NO CONTRATE CON ELLOS y por favor a las plataformas como Rentalcars les pedimos que los quiten de la comercialización. Nuestro club privado de viajeros ya ha tomado buena nota.

This time i rented a Mercedes Benz GLC, year was 2024, it had only 8000km, brand new... Iulian helped me with the reservation, I was a returning customer last time I rented a skoda for a Business trip and this time I got a luxury car for my vacation, car were always clean and I can only rate 10/10 the service, I recommend this rental company.

Noleggio top class, ero preoccupato per le recensioni ma appena arrivato mi sono accorto che era tutto perfetto, prezzo giusto auto perfetta e persone gentilissime.

Never rent from these crooks. Under polite and smiley faces they will rip you off. When picking up the car they will present you some minor damages and will make you sign electronically what you believe is a simple one page report but actually it is a 28 page contract, with your signature on every page, with clauses that essentially allow them to charge you at their will for what in any decent country is considered wear and tear. Essentially they pretend the car to be always like new. They will also charge you for old, hidden damages impossible to spot at pickup unless you spend hours checking the complete car with a magnifying glass, instead driving away towards your dream vacation. And, most of all, do not make the mistake of letting them inspect the car at return without you watching their every single move, otherwise you may be charged for marks that logically can not explained and may not have been there in the first place before they started the return inspection. Otherwise they will charge you whatever they want and your total rental cost would triple. If you refuse to pay they will not refund your complete deposit.
