Easy to use and does exactly what is required

Expend gives us the power to manage our team expenses.
One portal for prepaid cards, out of pocket expenses and mileage claims. Tracking and approving expenses can be done by line managers.
It integrates seamlessly with Xero without the need for manual imports.
The top-ups for the prepaid cards is really simple, just one payment, and the spending limits allow control for each employee.

The card is perfect for an individual I look after, topping up his card is easy and it has allowed him to have more independence in what is quickly turning in to a cashless economy.

The help team was not able to help me on one occasion. tehre are some information that i can get only while i contact the customer service for exmaple current authorisation. becasue of thsi reason, i can never reconcile my bank correctly. also, our expend card were hacked and missused for two users at the same time. it cannot be coincidence or our fault, it must have been weak controls on expend side

Expend is easy enough to use and the app has made it easy to upload receipts and manage my expenses.

Not Had issues using the card funds can be added quickly

Frequent glitches on the website and app make this frustrating sometimes. when it IS working its ok though, haven't used any others to compare to though

Expend has been really useful within my role. It's more than just a company card, which is what I thought when starting. The app is fantastic, and the ability to instantly scan receipts and submit to our finance department is great. I no longer have receipts filling up my wallet and the dreaded end-of-month submission of expenses! It saves a huge amount of time for me and our business.
