Expert electric services communication with me from enquiry to appointment results was excellent. I was able to get an appointment for my EICR within a few days and they even expedited my report to ensure it was with me before the weekend. The engineer who attended was extremely friendly and professional and talked me through the steps he was taking and what to expect next. Costs were reasonable in comparison to some other providers I had looked at. Thank you

Very smooth and painless!! Will use again!
Expert Electric Services Ltd made the process of getting an EICR on our property extremely smooth and painless. They organised things very quickly for us and the only interaction we had was a super quick phone call to book the appointment. We didn't have to wait very long at all for the work to be done and for the EICR certificate to come through. I even rang them to ask for help explaining the results of the EICR to me, and they were happy to explain them right away without me having to wait.
Would highly recommend and will be using them again in the future!!

Great experience. Very short notice for booking (booked next day). Very professional and helpful booking team. Great service. I was not present for the EICR report as it was for a house I am purchasing but the engineer contacted me before hand and was great to deal with. Would highly recommend.

EICR - good job, good price
Needed an EICR for insurance purposes. EES were able to attend within a few days and their electrician did a thorough job. The certificate followed in good time and the price was competitive.

Too long in insuring commercial…
Too long in issuing commercial certificate ( one week). Do not discuss what found while at the premises. Price quote is a bit ambiguous, they said visit cost £65 but at the end it ended up to £250 for small cafe, so not fixed ( including the deposit). I am regretting for not going with others who issue certificate faster, discuss finding and really have fixed costs. P.s also they were over an hour late for an visit, although they did call and warn.

Good afternoon Nadia,
We have been unsuccessful in contacting you in regards to your review despite several attempts.
As discussed in some of our email communications, we have looked into the points raised in your review and can confirm they are in fact false. Please be advised the price of £65 was never mentioned, we stated from our first point of contact that our commercial price structure was £68 attendance fee plus £14 per live circuit tested, you responded back with a previous EICR report to which we quoted you based on that report. It was also explained in that same email that if there were more circuits to be tested which were not in the report, it would be £14 per live circuit more expensive. We can confirm that you did in fact have 9 live circuits which totals the amount of £194.
There was a C1 fault found and by law is required to be rectified at the time of test which you were charged £49.50 for.
The total cost was £243.50 and you had already paid a deposit of £50 which was deducted from your final invoice as also discussed leaving the remaining amount of £193.50 which was paid with no query from yourself.
I would also like to state that your test was carried out on 23rd August and your invoice was issued on 24th August which also explains in the same email that you report will be issued electronically within 3 working days of payment. Payment was made on 24th August with no queries which gave us until Tuesday to issue the report as Monday was a bank holiday. Your report was issued on Tuesday 30th August which is still within the 3 working day timescale as Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays do not class as working days.
It was also explained in your booking confirmation email before the test goes ahead that the engineer is unable to discuss the outcome of the test with yourself to prevent any miscommunication and any faults are clearly stated in your report.
We have sincerely apologised for the engineer being late to the property as discussed in our recent communication with yourself, sometimes these things happen that are out of our control. We kept you as updated as we could.
Therefore, some of the points raised in the above review are untrue and very unfair which can be very damaging to business reputations. Please may we ask that you contact us back in regards to this.
