Actually I had some type issue with them at first actually because I'm from South and the immigration is on North India and then people there was really helpfull in maximum 3 to 4 day we finished up the application,since I had all documents ready and the bio metric went smooth in next week.
As for now correctly 42 days and got my visa submission letter from Canada and also there was issue going on in Canada but still I got my visa and my point of contact was gurpreet he was such nice guy he helped through out the process and all 42 days he was telling me it is processing expect Sundays and finally I got my approval and all depends on the application and strong profile for the tourism visa and i really recommend expert immigration and they do it as per company and government norms..
