I appreciate that working with Expert Rating is going to be a smooth process. Its one more item checked off my list and when I can complete a task hassle free its a great feeling. If I need help their staff answers emails right away and I know I'll have my re-certification in order seamlessly.

I loved that I could do several practices to understand the test. When I took the actual typing test, it offered best of 2 attempts, which gave me better results. Website was easy to move around in, as well. Very user friendly.
