I must admit, I was a little sceptical of using an online service to undertake the financial consent order for my divorce. But it was really easy, straightforward and was done within the timeframes. Expressdivorce.co.uk were very helpful in answering all of my queries. I paid for the express consent order with the additional management service. The whole procedure was smooth. The questionnaire was very user friendly and the service included the needed documents (Form A, Form D81 – Statement of Information and the draft Consent Order) that were submitted to the court on my behalf. Paul was very supportive and knowledgeable. I completed my consent order February and it was approved by the judge today (the delay was due to busy courts).
