Only one bag of two❗
I honestly wish that they would have sent both bags of Molicare maxi to my house. I'm not sure where the other one is? The packing slip states that two were delivered ❗ I would give zero Stars if I could because this company doesn't seem to have it together.

confused and pissed off
I received an order from express med. however I never placed an order with them, nor had I ever heard of them until I received a box in the mail. when I called their customer service they failed to say in their recorded message that they were closed. they just continued to keep me o hold saying that "someone would be right with me".

Excellent company and service
Excellent company and service. I use the casting tape on my horses foot problems and it works beautifully. Price is competitive and the shipping is so fast that it makes ordering easy. One time I got a bad roll that went hard before I used it. I called Express med and they replaced it at no charge. I am a customer for life and you should be too. They practice quality products and customer service!!!!!!

First off let me say that the doctor was very nice. Your processes could use a little bit of help. I waited an hour after I made my phone call. I called back to see where I was on the list, they said one more person then me. I asked to use the bathroom, no problem and I could sit in the waiting room. I sat right in front of the receptionist and waited while 2 other people came in. I finally decided to ask when I was to be seen. She wanted to know who called me. I said I was waiting for a text, which she replied “ we don’t text, we call”. Well, the number that you use isn’t the same number that you have to call from the car with, so the call went to my phone’s spam, SO THEY BYPASSED me because I didn’t come in when they called. Funny thing is that I got a text from you before and after my appointment. Don’t know why you would change your process of communication with a patient to a call. Makes no sense. Would not recommend you.

Expressmed had exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. I looked for a replacement for my Accu-Check Clik pen, and I found it here. It has shipped and I am waiting for delivery.

Easy to to use
It was easy to use your app and find what I needed and place my order. The only reason I didn’t give you 5 stars is because u have crutch tips that have the same , description I don’t remember the exact prices but one wa 25.00 and one 30 - 32 dollars. I think there called heavy duty grey crutch tips. I know there both gray and both have the exact description and there’s 5-6 dollar price difference

The reason for the couple dollar price difference is actually the weight capacity each can hold. The higher priced tips have a higher weight capacity limit. Every vendor I have used in the past would not get my address correct - we built this home, packages were sent to north Penn st. , not south Penn st. Your shipments are quicker than anyone else.
