You could improve
Your product is good, but your website is NOT user-friendly. I had to call Customer Service numerous after YOU changed things. I am most disappointed that you no longer offer the delivery option of every THREE weeks. I had to settle for four weeks.

There was a error with my original order and it was rectified immediately!!
The order was via a well known store

I order the Tongue depressors because it’s so much cheaper to buy in bulk from here than any other source. I use them for waxing. They shipped fast and I’m very pleased with my purchase. I’ve been ordering from here since 2019.

Initially, I thought the consistency may've been a little on the watery or slightly runny side, and had been expecting a more slimy or gooey consistency.
But then we used it. It was great! The consistency is experienced differently when you're not just testing it on your hand.
