Quick delivery
Quick delivery, I got what I ordered. The only complaint is a lot of damage to the shipping box. Not much packing material but only slight damage to the box the BD needles came in. After inspection all the internal product was OK.

Stay Away from Express Med!
I ordered a mens vacuum pump kit from Express Med, which was defective. After I received the first kit I sent them a picture displaying what was wrong and they sent me out another kit. That kit was also defective! At that point I was done with Express Med. I called the company to ask about returning the kit to get a refund and I was told that I could only receive half of my purchase price because only the carrying case was broken. They sent me 2 defective kits and I can't even get my full purchase price refunded!. Stay away from this company!!!

Everything arrived on time or earlier
Everything arrived on time or earlier. All products so far have been excellent...I have used adult overnight Trinity pull ups and liners that are working out nicely. I also have adult wipes by Prevail Nice oversized towelettes that are working wonderfully as well.

Even though this won't be published but…
Even though this won't be published but I have to say how disappointed I am in your company trying to get me to except an item I did not order as a substitute for what I ordered. Then pay for it's return when it was your error. When I sent them back, you tell me the Item is out of stock. If you do this to senior citizens, your integrity is very questionable. I learned from this experience.

KT Patch Round
Working with the KT Patches for the CGM Transmitter/Sensor I have found a couple of interesting choices. My skin is sensitive to the CGM application adhesive. In using the KT patch as an under patch I limit the amount of CGM contact with my skin and reduce the irritation to a very small area. I use the round patch with the round center hole. Works for me and i am able to use less healing salve afterward. Express Med allowed me a 2 patch sample and that gave me a one time 20% discount on buying the 25 count packages. Shipped the next day after an evening order. Received timely. Excellent Service.

Satisfaction beyond expectation
I ordered test strips from ExpressMed, Prodogy strips that are hard to get locally. A pharmacy offered to order them for me for $30 per 50.
Expressed sold me 200 strips for $40, shipping included! I will definitely be a repeat customer.
