🚨BEWARE🚨 THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE MOST EXPENSIVE PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TO! Normally I go to Ford and get "the works" their full service oil change, tire rotation, fluids fill, inspection, and car wash. It's $98 for my truck for FULL SERVICE oil change.

This time I didn't have time to go to Ford so drove up the road here thinking "hey it's a quick lube. It is probably way cheaper than Ford."

All I got was a basic oil change. No tire rotation. No inspection. No filling of bug wash fluid. Nothing. Literally just a oil change. Wanna guess how much it was? $138.14.... WTF!

A basic oil change with nothing else is $50 MORE than a full service and car wash at the dealership. And the guy walked up smiling like he did me a huge favor saying he took off $5 for military....

Stay FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY from this place and all others if they all have the same prices.

I gave 2 stars because the staff was polite and nice to work with. I understand they don't control pricing.

If management reads this, staff was awesome! But you need to talk to your higher up because your pricing schedule is trash and gouging the people of Richmond hill that don't know better.... $150 for just a basic oil change. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I have spent thousands of dollars with this company (Locations: Richmond Hill, Ogeechee, and Pooler) over the years and unfortunately have experienced multiple issues that have caused me to lose confidence in their workmanship and customer service.

In 2022, I had a battery replaced in my Nissan 350Z. After years of charging problems, I recently learned that the battery installed was the wrong size and had been secured with a screw rather than the proper hardware.

For my Lexus IS 200t, I purchased four Michelin Pilot Sport tires, an alignment, and a Tire Protection Plan for over $1,100. A few months later, another location informed me that two of the rear tires installed by the original shop were the wrong size for my vehicle. I had to return to have the issue corrected.

Most recently, my rear passenger tire blew out. Although I had purchased the Tire Protection Plan, I was told I would have to pay approximately $360 for a replacement tire because I had not rotated my tires every 5,000 miles. This was the first time I had ever been informed of such a requirement. I was never provided written documentation or advised that failing to meet this requirement could void coverage. To make matters more confusing, another location had previously informed me that my vehicle has a staggered tire setup and cannot be rotated in the traditional manner.

My biggest concern is the lack of communication and consistency. Between the incorrect battery, incorrect tire installation, and undisclosed Tire Protection Plan requirements, I feel that important information was not properly communicated. As a woman, I rely on automotive professionals to provide accurate and transparent information regarding repairs, warranties, and protection plans.

I hope the company takes steps to improve quality control and ensure customers receive clear written information regarding services and coverage requirements before problems arise.
