Company is shit washing machine Broken down for over a week now are clothes are stuck in the Machine and Stink really bad but they refused to come and fix it cause of £11 Debt when I,be been with them since 2015 Greedy Unfreindly Rotten Comany always paid them they resort to BlackMail .Would never ever recommend tjem to my Worst Enemy .Seeking legal Advise.Because there now refusing to pick up the washing machine when I told them I no longer want it. Scum.

Had a 2 yr old Whirlpool washer. Guy came out ran it once he attempted no reset/backdoor fix with the dial. Told me these were poorly made and that he had fixed many recently. He gave me a quote on the part and Labour. When he left I felt uneasy about the quote. I got a second quote $100 cheaper but here is the kicker...after trying to reset the machine several times the second guy says I'm sure this machine will be covered by Whirlpool if you phone them as there is a recall on this machine!!!
Sure enough Whirlpool will fix it at no cost. The second company a local called Bains will get my future biz these guys never will!

Scam - buyer beware

You will call the number and it’s a call center. Everyone who answers is always out of breathe as if they are running a marathon. Called them to cancel my service, they begged me to keep it offering discounts and telling me the service call is free if they can’t fix it, blah blah blah. I agreed. Had a guy come, he ran the dishwasher. Used a flash light, took a picture of the model number and that’s about it. Anyways they couldn’t fix it and still charged me. There are a million other companies that do this exact service and way less sketchy than these guys. Take your business elsewhere and don’t waste your time.

On Friday December 12th I was told a manager would call by EOD. No one did. On Saturday (12/13) I called, was told a manager (Michelle) would call me on Monday (12/15). Never did. They record all the calls so I encourage them to listen to them for training purposes. If you tell a customer you’re going to call and don’t twice…not a great look. They have no intention of fixing a problem. They want the service call money and that’s it. Don’t waste your money on these guys, it’s a scam. It’s pretty telling the amount of poor reviews online.

Ilya best service repair guy we have dealt with courteous and new what to do. he was able to get the problem fixed quickly and worked around our schedule. Highly recommend and will use again.

Michael came on time and fixed the dryer quickly. He was polite and professional. Work came with a warranty. I would definitely recommend.

Paid $100 for technician to come to look at our dryer which had suddenly stopped working. The technician said there was no problem with the dryer, it was an electrical issue. We paid for an electrician to come who verified that electricity was coming into the dryer, and he was able to start it for 10 seconds when a burning smell came from the dryer. We called Express again and they refused to send another technician unless we paid the $100 again. They questioned why we believed the electrician and not them. Now we have to start again with another appliance repair company. Not happy!

Michael came by next day and helped me replace a few valves and new braided water lines in a tight install, thanks!

Amazing repair! Affordable price! Reliable and fast! Michael was the technician who fixed my Samsung dryer today and he did a magic!
Drum needed to be replaced and no longer available for this model anywhere ! I contacted so many places before and there was absolutely no hope! Michael brought me a different drum and was able to change everything in a way that he made it compatible with my machine! When the machine started working again I couldn’t believe my eyes!

This is the worst company on the planet. They are scam artist they are supposed to replace things in my washing machine, but they managed to get it going now they want four times the amount of money that they wanted before and supposedly the washing machine is fixed and it works fine.
This is the worst company I completely do not recommend it whatsoever. The Cibc bank is dealing with them for instance.

Tech who diagnosed my cooktop was on phone most of time; then when we got quote to repair it was a significant amount over $1000 which prompted me to ask for a quote for replacement. They say they referred it to another dept which will call me. After several follow ups no called us with a price quote to replace cooktop. In addition, they almost daily spammed me with text message and email demanding payment of diagnostic work. I informed them via email several times I was waiting on replacement quote to compair against repair quote to make a decision on which route to go. At the end, I gave up with this company as they do not respond and do not respond even by phone. I work in property management and deal with a lot of these type of service contractors and I find they are very unprofessional. I only used this contractor because they were authorized service contractors for my cooktop. Needless to say, I do not recommend this service contractor to any

Knowledgeable and prompt service. A little pricey but everything is these days. They were punctual and professional, and most importantly solved the problem.

We had to have the fan in our fridge replaced. The tech diagnosed it quickly and we had to wait a day for the part, but the work was done quickly and well. The total was $633, which included taxes and an extra $50 to melt the chunk of ice that was blocking the vents instead of defrosting the whole fridge and freezer for 24 hours. I don’t know if that’s a good price, but I was happy with the service.
