GREAT SERVICE
I was a little confused when i try to reserve an invitation letter, but the operator was there online for like 24hours and they helped me through all the process. responsive and fast. the letter came just one day i made the payment. so fast. nice trip :)

First Rate Experience
I made the bookings from Auckland, New Zealand which is a long way from Russia. My train trip from Moscow to St Petersburg and return was achieved effortlessly. I was able to get exactly what I needed and paid for it by credit card. All done in a few minutes with all the necessary details sent to me. When I got the actual tickets I ended up receiving a refund for both parts of the journey with one part half the standard price. It does not get any better than that! I would book with Express to Russia again without hesitation.

Flawless, timely and helpful.
I organized my entire train voyage with the Transsiberian using Express to Russia. The company was very responsive in my needs and helped me with the planning. I ended up buying 5 train tickets and one invitation letter from Express to Russia. Everything worked out perfect and there was not a single issue I encountered during all of my stay in Russia. I was especially happy that Express to Russia replied by email to all my questions and concerns in no less than 1 or 2 business days. Their service is very professional and I recommend it to everyone.
