Unpaid staff
My experience working at Extension Architecture was overwhelmingly negative, and I feel it’s important to share what I personally witnessed during my time there.
While employed at the company, I saw at least five people leave in a relatively short period. From my perspective, many of these departures were linked to ongoing issues such as repeated problems with being paid the correct amount and very poor communication from management.
These internal problems often spilled over into client work as well. During my time there, the lack of communication and disorganisation caused frequent disruptions and delays, which were frustrating not only for staff but also for clients who were left waiting for updates or progress.
I can only speak from my own experience, but based on what I saw day-to-day, Extension Architecture struggled significantly with management, communication, and internal processes. I would strongly encourage anyone considering working with or for this company to do thorough research beforehand.
