Frustrated
Frustrated. Although I have ordered over the required amount to qualify for free delivery, the order added a delivery charge. I was unable to correct it.
I have written to Eyeko and was promised a refund for the delivery charge but no refund as yet.

Responsive, really fast delivery, great vfm. This is a great product, I've been using it for years - doesn't smudge or run, and no clumping. Also good for sensitive eyes.
