A welcome experience to engage with customer support featuring someone with in-depth knowledge of the product. Made the resolution quick and understandable. Eyeque is a great product but it does need talented support staff to promote its value and ease implementation for customers.

Long wait, poor service, then they cancel & ask me to reorder

Placed a pre-order and waited over a month. Terrible communication. Was told 2 weeks ago my order would ship within 2 weeks. Then received email that my order would have to be canceled and asked me to re-order as their payment method limited their authorization for 30 days. My credit card was charged two weeks ago. Amazon Pay indicated the order was completed. I had not received my original payment back yet when EyeQue asked me to reorder. I did receive CC refund 3 days after cancellation notice. I did not reorder.

Crappy to be charged and wait a month to be told your order is canceled.

If You're Skeptical, I Was Too

Excellent product. I didn't realize how badly I needed new prescription glasses until I received them. The EyeQue device is fairly intuitive and easy to use. App performed well. I don't have vision insurance, so for me, this was a great investment. Thank you for making this product. Good job, EyeQue!

This impacts the Vision Monitoring Kit, as they do include the VisionCheck. Try ons ordering difficulty

I should have been told before I spend lots of efforts that try ons do not work with my EGNs. Also I could not yet find it easy to follow through to the next step( ordering glasses)

All items were delivered promptly, I thought Rx was wrong. But it has now gotten much better. It takes time for eyes to adjust, especially if you have astigmatism.

Easy-to-use, accurate technology and great glasses

It's impressive how accurate the technology is. I'm quite near-sighted, though my vision hasn't changed that much in recent years. Being able to visualize the frames on a photo of myself was really helpful, and I love both sets of glasses I purchased -- one for daily work wear (anti-blue light) and the other for being out in the sun. I've gotten a lot of compliments on them. Thanks!

Eigentlich wollte ich gar nicht Bewerten. Aber weil Ihr so nervig nachfragt, bitte. Übrigens haben die Messwerte eine viel zu weite Streuung und weichen zu viel von meinen echten Werten ab. Damit ein Brille zu bestellen, wäre rausgeschmissenes Geld.

Was skeptical but loved it.

Was skeptical. It was amazing. Turned out to be as exact as my doctor’s appointment. Easy to do and love that I could do it at home. The test glasses were great. I love this.

When it took a few days to arrive I just used a ruler. My glasses turned out great. This product is pointless... sorry. I threw away the box w/o even opening it.

Utilizing the ruler method has proven to be effective in some cases but not as accurate of a measurement since the PD measurement is typically taken right at the center of your eye where the corneal reflection is visible when using our PDCheck device. Having the incorrect PD measurement can result in dizziness, nausea, a fishbowl effect, and/or unwanted prism.
