Paid $1,000 for Reuters publication, service was not delivered, and refund is still unresolved
I am writing this review because I want EZ Newswire to finally address my unresolved refund issue.
On April 15, 2026, I paid EZ Newswire $1,000 for a Reuters-only publication service. On the same day, I was informed that they could not publish my article. Since the service could not be provided, I requested a refund on April 17, 2026.
The matter has still not been resolved. After going through the bank refund process, the payment was reversed back to EZ Newswire, meaning the funds returned to their side. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact them and get my money returned, but after May 4, 2026, they stopped responding completely.
I have the invoice, payment records, and all relevant proof of this transaction. I am not asking for anything unreasonable — I am simply requesting the return of the $1,000 payment for a service that was not delivered.
EZ Newswire presents itself as a professional company, which is why this lack of communication and failure to resolve a refund issue is extremely disappointing.
I hope someone from EZ Newswire sees this and takes immediate action to return my money and close this matter fairly.

Your $1,000 was refunded in full on August 15, to the bank account the payment came from. ACH refunds take up to three business days and appear as a credit referencing the original charge rather than a labeled refund.
An earlier attempt to return these funds was rejected by your bank, which is why the money came back to us.
On the release itself: we declined it because the content fell into a restricted category — cryptocurrency and stock trading promotion. That decision stands, and it's why we recommended other newswires at the time.
For the record, when you requested the refund you asked us to send it to a personal cryptocurrency wallet and to PayPal. We don't do that. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, which is what we've now done.
