My desk was delivered later then promised but Will was really helpful and get me up to date with the delay and when the desk was being delivered. We put the desk together today and after a couple of missing pieces were collected from B&Q, we put the desk together slowly but surely took us a couple of hours but it looks great and works well, just what I needed, really pleased 😀

I highly recommend EZ Shoppers. I bought a Electric Height Adjustable Standing Desk and it met all expectations! Such a good price for a great product. It was easy to put together and it’s just what I was after to release some tension for my back and shoulders being sat all day working from home. The size is perfect and I love that you can save four hight settings. Very friendly customer service too when I contacted them about a delivery question. Highly recommend!

The price was right, the product is fab, the communication about my order was great.

This could have been a 5 star if the delivery communication was managed correctly. Realistically the delivery is 3 working days, not next day, which im ok with, if my expectations had been met, the company got my delivery to the courier on the next day, but the courier then lets you down. This is still your delivery regardless, if you look at your reviews it's a consistent message, so I would consider building it into your experience by offering standard delivery 2 to 5 days and get 5 star reviews instead. (Then maybe up-sell on a next day courier delivery to a company you can trust to deliver next day). 😉

Fab desk, delivery took a while but due to courier

Incredible customer service. Went above abd beyond. I ordered a desk and while it was being delivered, I lost my job and wanted to cancel the order. Will managed to stop the delivery even though it had left the warehouse. They also did not charge me for the return delivery charge and provided a full refund. So grateful. Thank you!!

EZ Shopper use XDP Couriers who receive terrible reviews.
Its now 4 days since the order was placed and 2 days after the supposed delivery date.
I have had no consignment number from either so I am unable to track the delivery.

Great product, delivered slightly late due to the courier - however very quick updates and responses from Will, even checking up once he saw I had received the desk - highly recommend this company 10/10

I recently ordered a sit stand desk and there was a problem with delivery day . The founder spoke to me directly via messages and resolved the issue the very next day . The Quality of the desk is amazing and I will definitely be using them again.

Very good product. Easily assembled and a fairly quiet motor. Great to have four memory heights, apart from just up and down.I gave 4 stars because there was a slight hiccup with delivery, but it was quickly remedied. Excellent customer service, thanks guys.

The desk is amazing. Recomend for everyone who works from home

This Desk is very good quality especially for the price. Nice looking and stable desk. The electric motor is nice and quite. The 4 memories are useful as you don't have to guess where your best Hight was for sitting or standing.
It also comes with spare feet (strollers) however they don't make the desk as stable as the round feet. I would not suggest to use the stroller feet.

Ideal for rooms with limited space. Looks modern as well. I bout it because of working from home.

BTW on the photos online the desk does not show the cables outlet, but it dos have one. Assembling was easy following the video online. However the paper manual that comes with it needs improvement.

Loving the table and the customer service is an extra bonus.
The table is a really neat size for what I need and also very easy to operate and not too loud. Putting together was fairly straightforward with the YouTube video being super useful.

Had a very slight delay in the "estimated" delivery time but ordered over the Bank Holiday weekend so was expected. The delivery time is short enough anyway that a delay wouldn't be a big issue. None of this is even relevant anyway because when I messaged EZ Shopper, I received a quick response which clarified everything I needed to know. (thank you Will for your help)

really happy with the desk. I opted for the black frame and mahogany top and it is really smart. It took me 2 hours to put together and it works really well. very sturdy and the motor is not loud. really great buy, would highly recommend. Service was also great and the desk arrived promptly.

Unbeatable price on the market for the height adjustable desk, which works perfectly. Using it now in my home office for about 3 weeks and love it!
Packaging & materials are first class and as the delivery company had an issue finding my postcode (new development) I can confirm also the first class customer service help chasing my order with the delivery company.
Highly recommended!
