If I could rate a zero out of ten I would. The service I’ve received has been absolutely horrible. I paid for a $170 account that was supposed to be a lvl 788 with 3.2 billion in cash and I logged into an account with 52 million and a level 30. I try to get the issue resolved through support and all they keep telling me to do is wait. First it was 3 hours, then it was another 3 hours, then it was 12 hours and now they are telling me that the members who are supposed to be helping me won’t be at work until tomorrow. I keep getting blown off and at this point just want a damn refund because this is ridiculous, they advertise immediate access to an account after purchase with no issues and 24/7 service. I’ve gotten shitty service and scammed with a fake account. I paid for a $170 dollar account and got a $30 account. I just wish I could get a refund or an account with the matching stats and description. I definitely deserve some compensation at the least cause this is just pure bullshit!
