Ace leads!
I’ve ordered the same leads I’ve had for years! Absolutely love them! They’re just right for my big boys. The shock proof leads and soft handles protect my back, shoulders and hands. Only had to replace due to wear and tear 🐾🐾

Expensive Mistake
Paid alot for this harness . Noted some fraying after a couple months . Contacted Ezydog and sent a pic as requested. Told this was abuse and no way would they replace .
Thought with the £75 cost and the hype this was tough . Obviously not goodbye £75 and pups day trips as we can not afford another. Not the best and tough as they claim for a pup to abuse or me . It's your hard earned if you want to throw away buy one.
With dog use and in car you would think this would be more robust . Imagine a big dog or a door jam . You would be saying so long £75.
To add regarding Ezydog response.
Excessive is stretching the truth abit on your part. Put the pics on here and let your would be customers decide.
Regarding the goodwill discount you state.
That I can have online any way so basically no goodwill there either.
Just really reinforced my review.
As I mentioned to you in my email being honest and decent has cost me alot in life.
In our issue £75.
In response to their reply they just keep on with untruths.
Firstly you are able to get discounts on line .
Secondly if any one want to see the so called extensive abuse and damage please contact me I have nothing to hide.
Please there are cheaper and quality harnesses on the market.
Expensive and not as good as they claim for the money £75 as unfortunately we discovered with a poor customer care.
If Ezydog do reply again to try and vindicate themselves with more fanny I will not respond again.
My point has clearly and factually been made.
It's your £75 of hard earned cash which is precious under our currant climate.
Why throw this away as we seemingly have with this company.
EZYDOG should be called Ezymoney.
Honestly folks go online you will come across discount codes.
Also they claim blue light card holders also get discounts.
This bunch just want your money .
Falsehood after false hood.

Firstly, we would like to apologise for the experience you have received, as we want all our customers to receive the quality products they expect from EzyDog.
Unfortunately, based on the images you provided, it was deemed that there were excessive defects to your product due to chewing or biting. In some areas, the chewing was extremely excessive.
According to our policy, "EzyDog guarantees all products at the time of purchase against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months. This does not include chewing or abuse."
Due to this reason, we are unable to exchange or refund the product, as it is not in a resalable condition and has sustained lengthy use.
We did offer you a 20% discount code as a gesture of goodwill, which you have chosen not to take.
Once again, we would like to thank you for your continued support in creating better products for EzyDog customers, and we appreciate your open and honest review.

To clarify some of your points, image uploading is not a feature enabled on Trustpilot.
This product has been thoroughly tested on tens-of-thousands of different breeds. Unfortunately, it is not an uncommon trait for some dogs to chew leads, harnesses, and so on. You are not the first and certainly will not be the last pet owner to have a chewed item.
Once again, the customer service representative offered a goodwill gesture for an issue that is truly frustrating. We do not readily provide discounts, but you opted not to accept it.
As previously mentioned, it is not unusual for dogs to chew items, and we understand that it is far from ideal and can be incredibly frustrating. However, some dogs simply cannot help themselves, particularly if they seek greater comfort or relief from irritation.

Excellent products and great service
Excellent products and great service. I wanted a new martingale collar as a back up to my dogs harness. Id got her 1st Ezydog checkmate on the recommendation of the rescue when we got her 4 years ago. It’s been great and lasted reallly well, just become a bit snug. The instant chat on the website provided us with all the info to chose the best size option and it arrived super fast with free delivery.

Brilliant service and products
First class experience , I purchased two dog harness, brilliant quality , first delivery. Ezydog give their customers a first class customer service,they even give you when you receive your order a prepaid envelope in case you have to return your purchase, that is brilliant customer service. Had trouble finding a harness that fits…
Had trouble finding a harness that fits my two 8month old Whippets. Just received my order of two chest plate harnesses with matching leads. I was doubtful the harnesses would fit well because of my pups body shape, so we tried it all on for size indoors with tags and labels left on, as I was convinced we'd be disappointed and returning...but...no! Perfect fit with some room for fast growing pups and they seem comfy and lightweight on their small frame.
Took a while to arrive but not marking down on stars as there were two bank holidays around the time I placed the order and when I emailed Ezydog, I got a prompt and reassuring response. Brilliant and highly recommend. Will be back for larger harnesses as my pups grow! :)

Great lead, brilliant quality and really well thought out features , traffic control , bungee section - my dog lunges so this is great - this is my second as I lost my first and didnt hesitate to replace it with the same model and have now ordered the cross check harness - looking forward to trying it out

Bought the harness for my dog as I saw it on someone else’s dogs they looked like they fitted well and I wasn’t disappointed strong sturdy and fits my dog a treat followed their online size guide which worked perfectly as the size I chose was perfect. They gave a lot of selection on line so well worth a look

Ordered matching collar,harness and leads, very pleased with my purchase, these are are well made and having had dogs all my life the denim is one of the nicest I’ve had for my pooch and comments of how smart my pooch looks are made by other walkers.
