Beautiful stay in Bristol
We spend 2 weeks in the flat at Partition st.The flat was close to the city centre.It was clean, spacious and offered everything we needed! The staff working at Fab Accommodation were very helpful and answered all our queries immediately! Overall, it was a lovely experience and we would definitely recommend FabAccommodation.

Our stay in Cardiff was wonderful
Our stay in Cardiff was wonderful! The flat is perfectly located right at St. David’s Shopping Centre, next to the Cardiff Library. It had everything we needed and was clean with modern décor. Communication with the host was smooth and effective. We’ll definitely book again for our next trip to Cardiff.

Great Location
We stayed at Kingsdown Parade for 10 nights whilst a relative was admitted to Bristol Heart Institute. Great location for the hospital - only a 10 minute walk away and Bristol City Centre in walkable distance. Onsite parking was an added bonus. There is a shop and a pub within a 5 minute walk from the flat which was really useful.
The flat itself had everything we needed for our stay. It was light, modern and airy. We were able to wash and dry clothes easily in the flat due to it being warm and having a large clothes airer.
Communication was great from the host and any queries were responded to very quickly.
Only downside was sometimes the noise from the other flats - doors slamming etc.
Overall a comfortable stay and would consider staying here again in the future.

Comfortable flat
We spent a few days in the Kingsdown Road flat, beautifully clean apartment, had every thing we needed. The chaps at FabAccomodation were very attentive checking that all was ok when we arrived and responded promptly to our e mails. The neighbourhood was quiet, within reasonable distance of Bristol city centre and for us very close to our son. Will use them again.

Very nice place
Very nice place to stay to visit Cardiff without noises and traffico. Easy to reach the center. The house has a lot of space for 8 person clean and comfortable.

I have been staying at this serviced accommodation for the past 11 months, and it has truly been a seamless experience. Transitioning from a short-term guest to a long-term resident can often reveal cracks in service, but here, the quality has remained remarkably consistent. It's very close to Aztec West Business park

We had a great stay at the flat on…
We had a great stay at the flat on Kingsdown parade. A stressful time at the children’s hospital with our daughter was made much easier thanks to the help we received from the agents when needing to oark the car before check in and leaving a little later due to hospital discharge time.

Very beautiful flat
Very beautiful flat, had plenty of amenities and the heating was great especially in this weather. Felt at home and the location is perfect, very safe and super close to Clifton village and the suspension bridge. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great 2-week stay at the Hayes Apartment. The flat is nicely decorated, clean and well-equipped. The location is excellent for my purpose of visit. Must say the service and support from the team had been excellent in attending to requests and queries. All the best to FabAccommodation!

Fantastic stay in Cardiff
We had a fantastic stay in Cardiff, the flat is so central to everything, especially to the arena for the concert we went to, just a 5 minute walk, it couldn’t have been any better. The flat itself was lovely, really spacious for the 3 of us and had everything to service us, fantastic balcony overlooking the stadium and St David’s shopping centre. It was very clean and nice and hot for a December stay. The app to get in and out the communal doors and flat worked great though I often used the physical fob and key that was left. Great communication with the host before and after, full email of instructions with the app and even videos to show how communal doors worked which was really helpful. No complaints, great stay! And my first time in Cardiff and it is a beautiful city.

Construction going on throughout our stay
The location is nice, and the flat is well equipped. However, there were construction going from the 3rd day of our stay. It started from the back, then upstairs and outside. We stayed in Flat 1 (basement), and the noise were literally surrounding our flat. It was tolerable at first, until it started what it sounded like "full construction mode" in the flat above us. The noise started from early morning till late afternoon. We complained to the host, but they basically said it was out of their hands. This has not only disturbed our rest, but it also made us feel like we were so unimportant. This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with hotels and accommodations.
My family was really upset and disappointed about the stay, and this gave them a really bad memory of Bristol as this was their first visit to the city. We stayed for 28 days, maybe we stayed for too long (?), but I will never come back again.

Very lovely
Very lovely, warm and cosy home in a great location.
Dehumidifiers and huge fridge and dishwasher was also a nice touch.
Didn’t have any issues with noisy neighbours and the hosts were very friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect flat for our stay
Perfect flat for our family (two adults, two children) for our holiday in Bristol with a very good value for money. The neighbourhood is quiet but at the same time it is only a 5-10 minutes walk to Stokes Croft with its cool pubs (with live music!), restaurants and shops. City centre and coach station also nearby and in walking distance. The host provides all the information on time, is very helpful and quick in responding. The flat has everything you need, comfortable beds and a very well equipped kitchen (even tea and sugar :-)). We would like to come back!
