Having to claim bankruptcy due to outside influences, I engaged Faber Inc. to do administer my bankruptcy. Obviously bankruptcy causes very high stress levels in ones personal health and welfare, but with Faber's great assistance and more specifically that of Mr. Muth Saleem, it was a very positive and knowledgeable experience. Mr. Saleem is not only professional, but extremely friendly, personable and is there to help you with any questions or concerns that you might have while bringing home a very comfortable feeling in a not so comfortable situation. Without the help of Mr. Saleem and Faber Inc., I am not sure what I would have done. Should you have to go through the process, Faber Inc. would be the people to engage...they know what they are doing and do so with you as part of their family and treat you as family.

I can only say good things about my experience with this company. Each individual I dealt with was kind, considerate, and understanding. Hello....My name is Norman Summerton.

There were a number of contributing factors accounting for why I filed for bankruptcy. I was self employed for a couple of decades providing of all things...financial services, as a mortgage broker.

In 2017 Alberta was in economic decline in the oil industry; while the rest of Canada was experiencing growth. The real estate market was booming in British Columbia and in Ontario. The affects of such negative worries in Alberta was most palpable.

As Alberta began to fail, the rest of Canada soon enough caught up. The economic decline began to spread all across Canada fuelled by many varying factors, not just in the oil industry.

Real estate had a major role to play in heading us all into an eventual recession. Prior to darker times, house prices and interest rates were inflating at a worrisome rate. The sting of the 80's recession, fuelled by the out of control interest rates raising to skyrocketing levels from 10% up to 20% in five years time, were taking on a dejavoo memory.

Wanting to slow down the real estate market and realign house prices and home values in Vancouver and Toronto, policies were being rewritten, making it more and more difficult to qualify for a home purchase by the population.

Determined not to see a repeat in 2007 to the 80's full blown recession, the Canadian government, along with chartered banks began an aggressive approach. In no time at all the recession affected every province in kind.

I was caught off guard by the suddenness of the real estate and oil patch decline, that there was insufficient earnings being generated to cover the month to month operating costs and support my livelihood.

I had no other choice but to seek the help of Faber Inc. In my situation, debt counselling and restructuring would be to no resolve. All roads led to insolvency...bankruptcy.

It was a harrowing experience facing one's own failure, but having Faber Inc. and their entire support team there to represent me in the process, was a much total blessing.

I sent Muthussir dozens of emails and asked alot of questions. Some questions were probably dumb and a complete waste of his time. No matter what the question he always responded asap and provided an answer. If it was an answer I did not understand Muthussir would take the time to explain it so I did understand.

While I do give this company a 5 out of 5 star rating; and I do recommend reaching out to them for help with your financial difficulties. I would also like to take the time to say "thank you" to all of the people at Faber Inc who helped me. I would like to especially say "thank you" to Muthussir, you went above and beyond any and all of my expectations.
