One of the worst experience in my life.

One of the worst experience in my life booking hotels with FabHotels. The relationship manager doesn't answer the call, nor does the customer support is helping with my problem, they already took the advance and lying that they didn't get the payment when I have the proof of payment made and now not booking my rooms or giving any booking details. Never gonna recommend FabHotels to anyone in my life.

FabHotel group are a deceitful business

Booked via Booking.com from NZ for FabHotel StarExecutive, Raveti, Pune. 22-30 Oct 2024,8 nights.

Paid deposit INR4510.

Arrived at Hotel to be informed that hotel was full and go away - no room. Hotel manager had electronic confirmation of my booking on his phone, but no, no room.

Email response from FabHotel after request for refund of deposit was that I had not booking in & I was a “no show”.

Do not use this company, they have no business integrity and are just common fraudsters.

If possible I would give them a minus score.

This is the worst hotel I have ever…

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life, from the customer service to the room, the environment, all is negative zero. The room was all rats, roaches and mosquitoes, the smell was like a sewage in the room, blood allover the bed sheets.Mattress like a stone. The stay was horrible, and they refused to refund my money, i paid for 30 days and stayed only three nights and fell sick with mosquitoes bites. I have video on rats.

Unreal own T/C on international booking site - avoid at all costs.

Booked FAB hotel in Ramayana Lucknow on Booking.com, pay on arrival.

Instantly got a mail that I should pay 25% upfront:

I immidiately googled the "Only Indian Nationals are allowed" and it turns out to be true. Also found tonnes of bad reviews where foreing nationals have paid upfront and then being denied at check-in.

Avoid this chain at all costs.

Terrible experience with FabHotels

Terrible experience with FabHotels. The room was nothing like the photos—small, poorly maintained, and lacking basic amenities. Customer support was unresponsive and failed to address my concerns. I ended up checking out after 1 day, even though I had booked for 4. It was very disappointing, and I won't be booking with them again.

The most horrible experience with Fab hotels

I booked Fabhotel Hello Homz Indore from booking.com on 28th June 2024 and as per their policy of payment I made full 100%. We went with kids participating in the National Aquatic Competition from 5th July to 11th July. On 4th July 2024 at 13.53pm I get a call from Fab hotel and I am informed that my stay is shifted to some other hotel, reason given was that there was some payment issue between the Hello Homz and Fab Hotel. Whereas when we called Hello Homz we got to know that they were under Renovation.
I got a call after the when the 24 hrs timeline for cancellation was over. If I would have cancelled they would have charged my 8K for cancellation. I had no choice but to accept the hotel provided. I panicked as I didnt know the area and I couldnt cancel due to the competition and also the time bar of 24 hrs was gone.

Fab hotel is not even aware which hotel is taking guest or not. They just kept sending me message and calling me for payment. They just needed the money.
Going forth booking with Fab hotel is risky. Because they can change your bookings as per their convenience and not even give you time to think of changing your plans.

Scammer fraudster money digger hotel manager mr vijay

The hotel is run by scammers/frauds/moneydiggers, first of all the hotel washroom is not clean, AC won't work, walls are soaked with water during rainy season. Me and my boyfriend planned to stay at this fabhotel the btm palace. The receptionist/owner of the so called fabhotel btm palace Mr. Vijay charged 200 extra stating price shown in online booking is not real and made us pay 200 extra on the price of 24hr stay, while check out he again asked to pay 200 penalty for tiny turmeric stain of dhal spilled by mistake, he started arguing that it's unremovable and forced us to launder it. He started disrespecting me with cussing words for refusing the extra pay in front of my bf and locked the exit. My bf couldn't take that up and argument peaked. The receptionist/owner hit my bf and pushed him to grounds, even after paying the penalty. we warned him that we are going to complaint police if he continues to hurt my bf. He started playing the victims role and complaint against my bf that my bf hit him and filed the FIR against us in mico layout police station. The coward him took us to the extent of paying the compensation of 6k to corrupt police men to close the FIR. Please be careful with such hotels and don't loose ur money for unrealistic reasons. I recommend not to choose this hotel as they give no respect to any girl with bf. Please share maximum to everyone bcz I wish such unpeaceful incidents should never happen to anyone

Cheap hotel staff and unhygienic rooms...!!!

Fabhotel franchisee has been given to some of the poor management. I wont recommend booking space for family trip.

I Recently booked- (FabHotel Prime Kzar Corporate - Hotel in Sealdah, Kolkata). And below is my experience-
Hotel staff was rude, I recently visited with my infant and they didn't allow on time check in and kept me at reception for an hour to complete their paper work. Room were dirty, no doormat in bathroom, no towel, no shop, overall its very unhygienic place. Never order food from their restaurant, they served me warm lemon soda saying fridge was not working and noodles were not cooked properly, I end up in throwing food and moved to other hotel next day. They are waste of money and hospitality. I recommend traveller to look for other options and thank me later.

I wonder why there are some good reviews on google for this hotel which misguided me. I believe they are paid review.

Fabhotels website is a racket, false advertiser, can't change cancel even though it promises.

At the time of booking, Fabhotels.com says it can be cancelled a day before, however, as soon as I booked keep getting emails threatening to cancel booking if not paid an advance covering 2+ days. Upon reaching Hyderabad, India tried to cancel or limit stay to 2days due to some family meet issues. As Fabhotels has my card info they billed already and booking cannot be changed even though the stay hasn't even started yet. Hotel cant help as booking was via online Fabhotels. Fabhotels.com website is just that, customer service reps don't have any power nor offer any help. I would directly book with hotels in the area you want to live, not trust this Fabhotels.com. Its a rip off.

Cheap Hotel and Fraudster

Fab hotels and their affiliates are nothing but a bunch of unprofessional's with loot in their mind. Their hotel rooms are cheap, dirty, broken. The photo they share are only eye wash. They do not believe in customer services. I think they don't even know meaning of what customer service is. My recent experience with Fabhotel Ess Pee Grand, Mohali was a nightmare. Such a filthy room, dirty bed linens, broken and dirty bathroom. Fabhotel during the booking says breakfast will be provided. but at the hotel they say we only give only one paratha and one tea. That too parathas coming from a local thelewala near the hotel. When I asked the owner Mr. Chandan. he said 'ya this is how it works here'.He also insisted to cancel the boking done on Fab hotel and book with him directly. Such a cheater

Did not want to give 1 rating as well but there is no option otherwise.
Booked hotel in Delhi after talking to their sales team who sold a higher priced hotel confirming to meet my expectations which I explained him clearly and that I am with my family.

Ended up being charged extra and still rooms like Dharawi slums. Like other reviewers, no customer service at all. For me, it looks like to be a sham or fake company meant for cheating. Due to a kind of lawlessness in India where no checks are being made by Government authorities in Hotels, their ratings or restaurants, these insects thrive well relying on fraudulently earned monies of their customers.

Disgusting experience

Pathetic. In my openion Fab hotel website and their customer support team is way below any standard you can expect about customer satisfaction. There is no such thing exist when you book with Fab hotel chain as your complaint may not be taken seriously. In my case the fab hotel team purely lied about everything and there is nothing you can prove if a company is dishonest and does not give importance to you or your complaint. What they want is your money. Once they get the money nothing matters. I booked Hotel Sayeeda International in Kolkata using Fab Hotel Website. The biggest mistake I have ever made in my life. In my openion this is not what one imagines after seeing the photos of hotel rooms on their website. I found everything very dirty after arriving at the said hotel. The bathrooms flood after one takes bath. When I complained I was told all the bathrooms had same issue. Breakfast options were very limited. If you do not eat deep fried Poori sabji then you may have to depend on very cheap dry bread and butter. Tea from tea stall tastes disgusting. Staff at the front desk is very polite but in my personal openion I found the manager Mr. Naushad abrupt. There is no in house kitchen and Fab hotel and the website of the hotel is openly lying about it. I travelled with my 74 years old mother who has bad arthritis and Fab hotel totally ruined our travel experience. It was very important for me to get a place with in house kitchen but not only Fab hotel team but the Hotel reception lied to me about it. When I tried to cancel the booking I was told there will be no refund for the rest of the booking because I had already checked in. If you are old or have young children please make sure to arrange food yourself incase you book Hotel Sayeeda International in Kolkata through Fab hotels. You may have to use Zomato. Hotel has given wrong Google location so please do not book Taxi or Zomato using Fab hotel Sayeeda address as they may end up going to some other hotel in the back lanes. I really can't not understand how people have given 5 stars to this hotel on Fab hotel platform? Outside hotel you may get a very bad jam. You may have to wait for taxi for roughly 20 minutes. On the top of that Fab hotel chain did not take any of my complaint seriously. They simply deny to refund money in case of any issues. I was given a wrong hotels contact details. I am trying to contact West Bengal Tourism ministry to let them know about the issues I faced but until now have not received any help or support from anywhere. I would suggest you that if you really want to book with Fab Hotels then book a hotel for 1 night. In case you book it for 5 nights like me then once you check in you can not cancel and ask for refund for even rest of the 4 nights. If you cancel after check in you won't get any refund at all. So think carefully and book hotel for 1 night only. In case you do not like the hotel then next day you can walk around and look for other hotels. My experience with Fab hotel group was really bad at this occasion and I will never again use this hotel chain. They were really poor with their communication with me and did not hesitate to lie again and again even when I had proof for everything I said. They have lost me as a customer and In my openion they won't survive for long if they will not be honest with their customers. I will take the matter with every authority in India to let them know that there need to be a strict control over third party hotel booking sites.

Absolute thieves

Absolute thieves....cancelled my booking without notifying me so when I arrived in Goa it turned out my hotel wasn't payed for and are not refunding my money though I have proof of payment and proof of cancellation which was the cancellation invoice sent to hotel. They have ignored calls and emails by Expedia.

I have made a booking at a hotel via Fabhotels. I have also booked breakfast. However, the hotel is not ready to provide breakfast and is unwilling to refund the money. Additionally, they have not provided the room in the hotel building where we booked our room.

It is very shameful for the hotel and Fabhotels that a customer pays for breakfast, and the hotel is not ready to provide it. Please refund my money and take action regarding this incident.

crime hotel

I booked FabHotel Saumendra in Sarnath through booking.com.
I was told that I could cancel until the last minute, but I received a threatening message saying that my reservation would not be confirmed unless I paid in advance. As soon as I entered my card on the FabHotel chain's website, I started receiving purchase notifications from online sites I didn't recognize, and fraudulent use of my card began.
Regarding this matter, even though I emailed the person in charge at FabHotel, he just says he doesn't know anything about it.
This hotel chain is a criminal organization. Other reviews say that the quality of the hotel is poor and fraudulent, but it's more like a crime than a scam.
Never be fooled.

A very disappointing stay at FabHotel Majestic…

My In Laws stay at FabHotel Majestic JPM was a complete disappointment. From the lack of hot water in freezing temperatures to the unappetizing food and overall unprofessional service, this hotel failed on every front. I would strongly advise against choosing this establishment for a satisfactory stay.

Turned me away & kept my money

Turned me away when I got to the hotel, first saying the hotel was full (I showed them the confirmation email) and then saying they won’t accept my passport or driving license as ID proof (they did not say they needed additional IDs at the time of booking). They took my money for the booking (despite saying they won’t) and are now not returning it - I had to Uber to a relative’s house to ultimately stay that night. I copied their CEO Vaibhav Aggarwal, their Co-Founder and Board Member Adarssh Mnpuria and their Board Member Prashanth Prakash from Accel into my communications with their customer service; none of whom bothered to respond to me despite my pleas. On another occasion, I had booked a Fabhotel for my staff members - breakfast was supposed to be included. They asked money from my staff members on the day for breakfast and now won't refund us. If you look at other reviews on websites like Trustpilot, Sitejabber and Facebook, you will notice that I am not the only one who has had an experience like this with Fab Hotels. Be very, very, very careful before handing over your hard-earned money to these guys.

Strange sales strategy

I had booked 1 week with breakfast at FabExpress Amar Palace via Booking.com. On the day of arrival, FabExpress changed the hotel and let me run 2 days into nothing because the communication within the hotel group didn't work. FabHotel Emerald Highland Beach Resort took me in. Thanks for that! However, I paid too much for the upgrade because the room rate was set at 7000 INR instead of 5600 INR. I can only recommend everyone to be careful with the sales strategy of this hotel group.
