We’re sorry your experience fell short. We took your concerns seriously, worked with you to address them, and issued a full refund. We understand that doesn’t undo the frustration, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right. We’ll use your feedback to improve.
The quality of the shade was excellent. The company was very responsive and helpful with all questions I had. Priced extremely reasonably.
We had a great experience picking the fabrics and ordering the shades. The product is amazing. We were able to get shades for all our windows. We got them with motors so they work via remote control. excellent product highly reccomended.
They work well for our kids bedrooms and look nice.
Wow- we had such a great experience with Factory Direct Shades! I ordered blackout shades, solar shades, and drapes, and the team was incredibly helpful in explaining the different options and guiding me through the entire ordering process. The turnaround time was excellent, and I was very impressed with the quality of everything I received. I highly recommend them for both their products and outstanding customer service!
I had a great experience with Factory Direct Shades. Their team made the entire ordering process easy and helped me choose the right design by clearly explaining the differences between the various types of shades. Customer service was extremely helpful, and my shades arrived in about a week. The quality of both the roller shades and drapes is excellent, and they look beautiful in my home. I highly recommend Factory Direct Shades!
I had questions about their blackout and solar shades. They clearly explained the differences and guided me through the whole process. Fast turnaround and excellent quality at great prices —highly recommend.
I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Awesome people, and you can tell that quality is very important to them.
