You nailed exactly why we built Fair the way we did. The warranty industry has a hounding problem. Robo dialers, high pressure scripts, the same pitch five times a day from five different 800 numbers. It's exhausting, and it's how customers get burned. Nobody makes a good decision about their car under that kind of pressure.
Dimitri's going to be thrilled you called him out by name. He's the real deal, and so is the rest of this team. We tell our folks the same thing every day: treat the customer like you're standing in their driveway. Reviews like yours are how we prove there's a better way to do this.

Update of Outdated Plans
Was a great experience, however make sure you are clear with Emails and final Contract that you are switching from Old plans (silver, gold, Platinum) to new Plans (Premium), I missed seeing the addendum in the final PDF, and was sent the old contract in the initial emails with edward!

You’re right, though. Any change like moving from our old Silver, Gold, Platinum plans to the newer Premium plan should be crystal clear at every step. No one should have to catch that in an addendum.

Also the price of the contract was so much better than what the dealership wanted to charge for the same type of coverage in the Premium plan.
