The product itself is great, I just wish there was instructions with the intro kit. I had no idea how to use it. I read the back of the bottles, but still the instructions were not 100% obvious. I figured it out though. But when it came time to clean up my nails I didn't know how to do that. Or even take off the gel when I wanted a new color. Gel is different than nail polish and if the website had an instruction video that would have helped, or an instruction pamphlet with the kit.

I recently had the chance to interact with FairyGlamor, and it was an average experience overall. Nothing exceptionally great, nothing exceptionally bad either. Navigating and accessing the site was moderatly simple and straightforward - though the design is nothing to write home about. I interacted with customer service too and while they did their job adequately, they weren't particulary friendly or knowledgeable. In other words, FairyGlamor is ok, but you might want to consdier other companies before making your decision. Misteakes were made.

All of the glitter dip powders are amazing. I am so happy with the amount of each powder and how easy it is to use. The only issue I had was with "white rabbit" and how many coats of powder it took to get a solid color

Fasssstt shipping! Fast processing too! Love their liquids! The chunky glitters are a bit of a learning curve for me (I have literally only done my nails at home twice..lol) but I was still able to do a chunky glitter french tip with just a bit of patting and a clear coat topper & it was gorgeous! Looove fairy glamor! Also love the jar sizes are 1oz ! Will be a customer for life they r my #1 for dip liquids & dips!

Easy to use site, rewards are easy to get to, any easy to apply. I do wish there were actual photos of dip on real nails, and I wish replacement brushes were sold.

Such a great selection of dip powder colors which is what I purchase more of! Shipping is pretty fast and prices are pretty good too!
