The website had a good interface but I put a ticket for some help like 5 hours ago and I'm just going to go back to shockbyte bye!

This is a horrible company. I asked the staff a question. It’s been 5 weeks since then my question was never fully answered and meanwhile I was IP banned from the discord. All the staff I talked to also blocked me on discord. Extremely uneducated folks who don’t give a **** about customers. Just a shame these horrible uneducated people are running this company let alone dot-tech. I hope they see this review and reflect upon how garbage they truly are in all business aspects. Honestly this company is so worthless I hope they go out of business.

Terrible..
They stole my money. I paid 6 dollars for a Silverfish and never got a welcome email and one hour later im still sitting there sending support tickets which aren't being looked at up until now.

Constant issues, nodes always going down, unhelpful support team

they took 1 dollar WITHOUT ask if they could not okay NOT good as a host at take 1 dollars and give me a 2nd server WITHOUT have ask the user if they could

I had them for a very long time there kinda nice.
But The down time and the fact that they suspended my server mid month for no reason the communication with staff is spotty and takes forever your better off looking for someone else with the same prices

Edit on my review: Terrible price increases to go along with bad support, always downtime each month, required to charge for a derack. I am a 7 month colo customer and the way I am being treated is terrible.

To add on:
Company left 2 of my servers unbilled for 6 months because of a mistake by their staff member, they then charged me a lot for the mistake they made, not me.

Update: has gotten a little better lately

Purchased a high end plan, never received what I had paid for. Contacted support and 1 and a half hours later nothing at all. Contacted billing requesting a refund as their policy states that you can get a refund.

The best budget server hosting.
This is the best hosting for price I have ever gotten!
They have community support and fast reply to tickets usually.

UI or features - This isn't a company for people who don't know anything about hosting. If you want hosting, find out how it works first.
Multicraft is decent for running servers and FTP works fine.

I love them, Support sometimes takes a while but you can't beat the price. It performed better than other $1 per gig hosts that I tried. And they really do care if you actually can wait and talk to them like decent humans

I would recommend to go to PloxHost for the best Hosting at $1 a GB compared to fall out.

Their pricing scheme is a bit odd and seems sketchy. Their network is not as good as it can be. Lack of customization amd flexibility on thier servers and lack of great support.

Fallout hosting is a great cheap server host and for $1/gb I can't really complain i currently have a 4gb server with them and it works a treat, As for the support it is slow but when they do respond they are really helpful, With all that being said I can't really complain as the server is cheap compared to most other hosts and were they may lack in support thats to be expected as the saying goes "you get what you pay for" and thats exactly what fallouthosting is and i would definetily recommend this to anyone that wants a server without paying a fortune.

Absolutely garbage hosting company you’re getting what you pay for you should spend the extra money and get something decent. These guys suffer frequent downtime, no support at all and insane lag.

The absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a $60 dedicated server from them, and after asking for 2 weeks for them to set it up with no response I finally went to get a refund and was only given a little bit of store credit. These guys are legitimate scammers, the support is horrible, they will take 2 months to set up a server and then not give you a refund.

Terrible service... Ordered a dedicated server from them almost a month ago. And the service has been fine until the last month. The network drops pretty much every 30 minutes and stays offline for a good 2-5 minutes. The server also randomly disconnects at times for extended period of time 1-4 hours. And don't even get me started on the support.... It's practically a joke. You shouldn't have to beg and plead with the owner to fix your server when it's there fault it's down. I will never be using the company again, stay as far away as possible!

Some time ago I bought 3 months a 5gb Minecraft service. There was a free option for dedicated IP, so I took it. They did not give me the dedicated IP, so I opened a ticket asking for it, but they wanted to charge me. So I had to chargeback, and escalate to PayPal because they did not want to give me back the money. After this PayPal send my money back.
Also, their servers are so bad, especially MySQL connection.

So i ordered a server, my log in would not work. I contacted support and they had it fixed in 10 mins!

I later upgraded to a dedi and i now have 4 of them with Fallout, and i love them all. +1 for Fallout

I took the amazing prices hook, line and sinker. What I got in return was awful customer services where most of the time was spent with them asking me what the password was to the dedicated server. I had to send almost every ticket through to the company owner for him to actually sort out the problem.

They were repeatedly rude and kept opening disputes with Paypal to try and stop me cancelling a service, and then closed the service before the end of the billing period (while I still had paid for time). They threatened to cut me off if I tried to cancel the subscription payment again, and when I paid for an extra month they wouldn't turn on my server for over five days and counting... As soon as I can get my hands on my files that they're currently withholding from me, I will DEFINITELY put at least 1000 miles distance between us.

I feel sorry for the company owner -- (he's much better) -- being tied down to such an awful establishment.

Never again!
