FamiGuard Pro for iOS does not work as advertised. The features shown on the website are not actually available on iPhone without additional requirements that are not made clear at the time of purchase. When I requested a refund, the company refused. I would strongly recommend researching carefully before buying.

I used FamiGuard Pro for about a year and found it very effective for monitoring purposes — it worked exactly as advertised and was reliable throughout my subscription.

After I stopped using the service, my subscription renewed automatically and my card was charged, which was honestly my oversight. I reached out to customer support, and miss Sara responded promptly, understood my situation right away, and handled everything professionally. She processed a full refund without any hassle, which I really appreciated.

Great product and even better customer service. Thanks to miss Sara and the FamiGuard team for making this such a positive experience.

Unfortunately I was not able to use the product I purchased, due to a mistake of my own in reading the policy. However, when I contacted customer service about a refund, the agent, Maisie, was so very helpful! She knew the information and policies like she had just read them. She was kind and supportive in her replies, and tried to help me figure out how we could find a way to use the product. Although we were unsuccessful, she still encouraged that I could use the product if able until the end of the subscription, which she so kindly canceled for me quick and easy. Very refreshing to be in contact w a customer support agent like Maisie. I wish she worked for every company's service department!

Customer service great, I spoke with Vera and she handled my issues like a pro! Wasn’t able to use the services though which is sad because it seems perfect. But Vera was able to process most of my refund quickly.

I had an issue and Vera was very helpful in solving it. The response was very quick. I am very satisfied with the service.

Company is doing great by accepting its limitation to resolve an issue.

Although app is not working as its advertising, support team tried to help me withing their reach.

I think they should mention the app limitations for android 15 and above.

There are some issues in app that should be resolved and app should work as it s promised by team.

I will be happy to use this app, when they will fix some minor issues.

After a little hassle setting the system up it works really well, it would be good to have phone support but that said the email support worked well.
