They don’t pay you right away. It takes at least half an hour to pay you and some days, they tell you 3-5 business days. Yet they say, “online and more convenient”. It is definitely NOT the case. This is the second time that I have experienced this with them. The first time, their excuse was “it’s the weekend and not enough staff the process takes longer”. What is the excuse today? I have yet to know, it is WEDNESDAY!!!

I just joined the beginning of June I have had a streak of good luck but it's no longer with me..I have won big on the promotions as well, and love the 1x wager unlike other casinos. Technical failure cuts off trivia game mid-play, customer support refuses to help:

I logged into the FanDuel app 15 minutes early to secure a spot in a live trivia game show scheduled for 5:00 PM EST. I was actively participating, answering questions, and engaging in the live chat. By the fifth question, the app abruptly and automatically logged me out without warning.

I immediately signed back in using biometric login, but the game banner had completely vanished from the app, preventing me from rejoining and eliminating any chance of competing for the prize pool.

When I contacted customer support to request a goodwill courtesy credit due to this systemic app failure, the agent dismissed my experience and blamed the issue on my internet connection. My connection is premium, high-speed fiber backed up by mobile 5G data, so a network drop on my end was impossible. Instead of listening or investigating, the agent abruptly disconnected the live chat. Subsequent attempts to reconnect left me idling in a queue for hours.

FanDuel's app performance during live events is unreliable, and their customer support team avoids accountability by dismissing users and cutting off communications.

Be aware. Not a trustworthy company. Your account will be suspended for no reason. Every bets you make and all of your money is in risk. Very bad customer service. Response takes days. No manners, not trying to solve the problem. Please stay away from it.

I have poured so much money into this casino and haven’t won anything. The RTP is absolutely disgusting, I will take whatever freebies I have left on my account but I wont be making any more deposits to these thieves. Just felling a lil cheated and unfair,i referred a friend said we both get bonus if sign up which he completed all steps and didn't recive bonus bets as stated,now my friend is like why did i refer him for,i think fanduel got the better end of the deal, trying customer support no help said the forward my issue to which they just never even replied wow really

I self excluded for 6 months, the self exclusion expired last Saturday, September 6, 2025 however I was still blocked from playing. I have contacted customer service 3 times only to be told they are working on it. Wonder what type of eff up would take 8 days to resolve?
