Fast, efficient service, great quality items! Only issue was the sample was delayed to arrive as it was shipped slowest method. Once received, it was well worth the wait & this was rectified with the bulk order. Highly recommend!!

Very satisfied with my costum designed sweaters..

I have called many times to the number that was provided on their website, even called during business hours. Automated machine says they are closed at this time. I have left several messages for someone to call me back. This has not worked as well. I put in a support ticket and I have received no response back. I need to change a few things to my order, and I have gotten no response, but they have gotten my money. And this is 10 days later, I’ve still received no response.

Ordered to the u.k wondered after if it was a scam , few weeks later it arrived and is exactly how I designed it and is perfect Im really happy with it and it's hilarious thanks fanscustom I love my jersey

ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT AND A STRAIGHT UP, CON ARTISTS!!! I wish I would have read the Facebook reviews instead of here before purchasing. ADD to that, it is a VERY GOOD THING I only ordered 700$ worth of test product after the first initial 200$ before making my 10000$ plus purchase I intended. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!

They may send you a good jersey at first, but my second 6 were all made incorrectly, the colors were all wrong. Then they took several weeks and TONS OF MISCOMMUNICATION on THEIR part as I had references and everything and made it extremely easy so a child could understand…. And now instead of sending me the correct Jerseys, they are just sending the patches and want me to sew them on the old jerseys…. as if cutting the other ones off is somehow professional. AND to top it off blaming me for miscommunication AGAIN!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE CON ARTISTS AND COMMIT FRAUD DAILY!!! They pretend to not understand but you cannot make things any clearer.

Would get 4 or 5 stars IF they simply warn you ahead of time that they're shipping from China, and it may be weeks or a month or 2 before you get your order.
