I ordered a
Multifunctional Stainless Steel Basin
Grater*1 and just got the top grater, which to me is 100% useless without the 2 bowls it is advertised with, although I was charged the full price.
I have tried, unsuccessfully to get a refund, on a MISSOLD object. They have been rude, rude and rude again, and do not deserve to be in business.

Bought a beard pen for £14.99 0n 17/09/2021 after seeing an ad on facebook. After waiting almost a month for delivery from China, today 13/10/2021, I received a cheap brand eye brow pen which I could have purchased from Poundland instead. The ads are misleading as you don't get the exact item advertised. AVOID.

Awful company to deal with ordered a game , part missing no instructions, offered 20%discount as unable to be returned due to COVID , what rubbish I can order a dress put it on and return it with no quibbles but not a game!,,…???

Tracking your item, forget about it, the tracking is poor, and vague.
They make you believe the items are coming from within the UK, fast shipping etc, well 2 weeks on now and It's only just left CHINA!!!!.. DO NOT order from this sham of a Company.

I ordered a "lovely" or so I thought bracelet for my best friend's 60th birthday. It was a pile of rubbing. They are saying that they cannot give me a full refund due to Covid! They said I can have 20% redund! Can I buy a bracelet for that amount - no ! What an absolute sham of a business. I will be telling all my friened on Instagram and facebook not to buy anything from this company !!!!

I. On reading other reviews it looks like I’ve been scammed. I can’t put in a complaint because their site won’t let me and I’ve tried to explain I haven’t re riced my order. Ordered on 9th sept and it’s now 30th. It says to put a serial number above the line and when you try it doesn’t let you. Silly me I did t read the reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned. Don’t order from fanshome ! ☹️

Nearly bought off this company, I would recommend you read all reviews first I did and save myself a lot of stress worry and money . The company does not respond to negative comments to try and resolve matters . Buyer beware.

Don’t think this company has ever heard of customer service.
I received an email from saying that my order had been despatched and was given a tracking number so that I could track it.

Tried tracking several times and it keeps saying no record of shipment.

I have sent 6 emails asking Fanshome the status of my order, but so far not one reply.

waiting, waiting, waiting and still waiting. contacted customer support and they said they cannot help me without a serial number....er well i cant do that because i dont have the item yet....i think its one of those companies that sell but order themselves from china

The items came late and absolutely damaged. Hair clip broke in few parts straight away, literally before even trying to put in my hair. Super disappointed. Was really looking forward as loved the simplicity of the design
