One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a law firm.

From the very beginning, I repeatedly asked Mr. Farhan to assign someone with knowledge of the Pakistani system because my mother’s visitor visa required documents from Pakistan, and she lives alone there. My requests were completely ignored, and I was assigned a paralegal who, in my experience, lacked the knowledge and expertise needed to properly handle our case.

I repeatedly asked whether our application was strong enough or whether we should delay submission to gather more evidence. Each time, I was reassured that everything was in order and that there was a strong chance of approval. Those assurances turned out to be completely misplaced, and the application was refused.

The refusal caused my family enormous emotional and financial hardship. My mother missed my wedding, we lost money on wedding bookings, and our family plans were devastated because we trusted the advice we were given.

To make matters worse, immediately after the refusal, we were asked to pay around £1,000 for further legal action instead of receiving any meaningful explanation or accountability. We were also asked to leave a review before the outcome of the visa application, which I found highly unprofessional and inappropriate.

In my opinion, this firm cared more about taking additional fees than addressing the concerns I repeatedly raised throughout the process. I felt ignored, misled by repeated reassurances, and let down when it mattered most.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Farani Taylor Solicitors, especially for Pakistani visitor visa applications. If your case is important to you, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

This has been by far the most frustrating professional service experience I have ever encountered.

Following completion of my property purchase, critical post-completion issues remained unresolved for well over a year. During that period, I repeatedly chased for updates and received very little meaningful information regarding the status of my case.

What I found particularly concerning was that key documentation later turned out to be incomplete and missing important information. When this was eventually identified, the explanation provided was simply that it had been an "oversight".

I find it extremely difficult to accept that an oversight involving important legal documentation could remain undiscovered for such a long period of time, especially when the matter had already been outstanding for over one year and I had repeatedly requested updates.

The delays resulted in significant inconvenience, unnecessary stress, countless follow-up emails and a complete loss of confidence in the handling of my file.

Most disappointingly, there appeared to be very little sense of urgency until I submitted a formal complaint. Only after doing so did I begin to see meaningful progress and substantive responses.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.

My case was ongoing for 2 years (child custody) Sandra Brown was dealing with it and made sure that I had someone to attend court with me, many a time at short notice of an upcoming hearing. I don’t know whether it is due to a busy work schedule, but a number of times I had left messages with the receptionist for Sandra to contact me urgently and was always told she was away from the office which was stressful as time was of the essence. Once Sandra got in contact everything was dealt with. They WON my case.
