Be warned!
Apart from the anxious time awaiting our vouchers (ie for excursions etc finally sent 2 days before intended departure) we found the day before departure that our reservations were not recognised according to the details given on our eticket which we couldn't check until 24 hours before our flight to Japan. Now, we are due to fly in less than 20 hours and no idea if we will be flying or not. That's not to mention that the number of meals included seem to have reduced by 3 lunches and 1 dinner. This was supposed to be a trip of a lifetime costing nearly £5000 each. Obviosly we hope this will be resolved in the morning but we cannot recommend Fareforyou. Communication has been hit and miss and at this moment we cant even be sure we will be flying tomorrow.

Regarding the delay in receiving your vouchers, this was due to group travel protocols; our partner in Japan typically sends vouchers only 72 hours prior to departure, which is standard practice for group travel in Japan. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
As for the meals, we want to assure you that all the meals agreed upon in your original booking confirmation were provided as per the arrangements. We strive to ensure that all aspects of your trip are delivered as promised.
We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us to continue enhancing our services. Thank you once again for your understanding, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on another adventure in the future.

Fantastic Holiday to Japan
We have just returned from a cruise around Japan and South Korea which was all arranged through Fareforyou.
Everything including the flights was great, We had a fantastic time.
The amount of help we got from Zac and the other members of staff in sorting everything was great

Do not use the company hidden charges…security deposit never to be Seen
Do not use this company hidden charges from suppliers ,car rental and the hotel.No mention at all when you book.you car,most people pick up car rentals at the airport but instead you are to be taken to a office no mention at the time of time unable to contact anyone for any emergencies and no out of hours help. Although the company is aware of the suppliers doing nothing is done about it. I booked bed in breakfast at Avanti conference Palm and resort and only to find out I haven’t been booked in for bed n breakfast, chasing to confirm if this has been updated even though I had confirmation to show, the hotel staff didn’t care.Beware of your security deposit as this will never be refunded and they will not reply to any of your emails.
Car hire with NU rentals beware as you will be forced to sign for hidden fees such pre paid Tolls, pre paid Fuel extra and for additional drivers.
If you do not sign you will not be given the keys.
You-will not be able to get any of your money back even thought you provide proof ,and also your deposit.
Pay extra and go for a reliable car hire company , and a decent Hotel , and enjoy your holiday.

While we strive to provide the best service, the specifics regarding vehicle pick-up and any associated fees are determined by the rental supplier. We do our best to communicate this information clearly, but we cannot control the actions of the suppliers.
We also understand your concerns regarding the security deposit and the responsiveness from the hotel and the rental supplier. We want to assure you that the security deposit has been returned to you by the supplier, and we are still actively communicating with the hotel to address any remaining concerns.
