I have had several treatments with Jay over a couple of years. I can truly say that Jay and his team really are the best in their game.

Jay is extremely knowledgeable but explains things in a way that it’s easy to understand. He’s patient, warm and relaxed. The appointments never feel rushed which is lovely, as I travel over an hour to seen him. The Croydon clinic and is beautiful, bright and spotless, it’s a pleasure to visit.

The customer service from Zel and June is outstanding. They are always there to answer my many questions and go above and beyond for their clients. Expect a reply from their WhatsApp within minutes.

Jay has given me so much more confidence and has achieved such a natural look. He is the master of enhancement and facial balancing!

I would never go anywhere else nor trust anyone else with my face. Thank you again Farleigh Medical!

Excellent service, fantastic place!

I recently had Botox at Farleigh Medical and couldn't be happier with the results. Jay is incredibly.professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The results are subtle yey eggevtive-exactly what I was hoping for. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and the whole team is friendly and reassuring. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a regular customer for 4 years now and I couldn’t recommend Dr. Jay more. He dissolved and then fixed a problem created by another practitioner (who’s also a Doctor and at well-known clinic in London) and my lips now look great and, most importantly, natural.
