Bought the capon 3-4 kgs weighed 3.7 and was a perfect size. Cooked beautifully and everyone really enjoyed the flavour. Thank you.

The meat was some of the most delicious we have had! The delivery time early which is a big plus! I have been very very impressed and will definitely buy from them again! Quality and cost effective.

The goose was fine. However, I would comment that the delivery was on Thursday not the Friday originally announced. The box was deposited on the doorstep, not according to the instructions I communicated.
I also observe that the cooking instruction card was for a turkey.

So looking to purchase a leg of lamb for my Christmas dinner, sainsburies had it for £35. I remember when I considered £20 being alot. So I did a online assessment and compared butchers to store prices. Lamb is expensive in general and butcher meat is typically more costly and typically better flavour. I decided to buy half a lamb for £130. I didn't read the description properly (100% my fault) but when you select half a lamb it lists meat from a full lamb. I purchased thinking I was getting a too good to be true deal. Well it was, I received half of the listed ingredients as I now expect but when rushing the order as most of us live very busy lives I counted four legs of lamb as half a lamb! I realise how daft that sounds and may lose my mensa title after this. But the website does need work. If I did this purchase on the PC I suspect this would not have occurred.
The delivery was as expected and stated, and securely packaged with ice bags and thermal shielding. The lamb mince looks quite fatty and the label does not give fat content. From a butch I suspect it's hard to guarantee specific measurements. But it would help with what I plan to use it for. I have frozen it all! I will come back and post an update after Christmas dinner of the quality of meat/flavour.

Prompt delivery, ell packaged in a secure container with ice packs. Delicious diced lamb and chicken legs. The whole family commented on how tasty the lamb was. Beef shin and fillet strips also tasty. Will be ordering again.

Only thing for improvement is to provide meat with a longer shelf life and provide accurate weights of the meat, a few were slightly under than advertised.

Lovely and easy to use website, however, pictures not always reflect actual look of the product. Delivery was a day late and the delivery company was far outside window given with no communication.
As for product, lamb mince was extremaly fatty therefor tricky to make palatable.
On the positive, the lamb steaks were absolutely delicious so highly recommended.
Let's hope that the rest of the lamb purchased shall be equally delicious.
Improvement needed;
1. Offer choice of minced lamb with different fat content, if possible, or at least state fat content on website.
2. Improve Customer Support. When informed that product has not arrived admit to unfortunate issue. I was told that my requested delivery date, which was clearly stated on my order conformation, was a dispatch date and the goods will arrive the following day; why trying to wriggle out of your responsibility? Sadly, not very professional approach from customer service.

So happy I purchased a monthly subscription. Best quality meat I’ve ever had.

Overall good products although was a bit annoyed to find some items went out of date the next day so prepare to freeze items on the day
