I was looking for a walking stick with a seat
I was looking for a walking stick with a seat, so phoned you. The gentleman who answered very patiently answered all my questions and we worked our way to establishing precisely the article I was looking for. I was promised that I could return it for a refund if it wasn't suitable. It was delivered 2/3 days later. I took it straight out for a walk. It was perfect.
