Amazing service can’t fault

Easy to order but I havent yet received my order so reserving my 5 star until I check the quality.

Very easy to order, price great

I usually keep my clothes pretty simple so I liked that the site had plenty of plain shirts trousers and jackets mixed in with more fashionable stuff. I ordered three things on my first purchase. Everything fit close to the measurements listed. The jacket has been the best part of the order so far.

AVOID! I bought a coat as it was listed as a “women’s wool trench coat,” “crafted from soft wool,” “soft wool fabric for natural warmth,” and a “classic wool trench.” I have since had it confirmed it is polyester - nowhere in the listing is polyester.

The delivery is from China and if you don't want the tat they send you have to pay to return it.

Great service, quality garments and good price

Very easy to see the product and navigate the ordering and payment system.

First time I have shopped with farrow.
Great shop, straight forward. Confirmation of order came through quickly.
Excited for my purchase to arrive .

Great service, happy so far.

Great service and order dealt with quickly.

I found the website easy to browse and there was a decent range without having to go through hundreds of almost identical items. Ordered a jacket in the evening and got confirmation immediately. Tracking came through once it shipped. Everything arrived properly packed.
