Received a damaged fascinator, emailed customer services was not offered a replacement and was told to return at my own cost for a refund! Very poor customer service, avoid at all costs!

Returned a £100 hat within 3 days of receiving it and realising that colour didn't match wedding outfit and despite several unanswered emails and phone calls, really struggled to get a full refund as stated in their t&c's. After much perseverance and nearly a month we finally got the refund we were entitled to.
Unfortunately would definitely not use them again, avoid unless you want hassle when you decide not to keep your order.
I received a facinator that was nothing like what was advertised, The person responding to my correspondence had no care for customer experience and didn't even apologise for the inconvenience. They refused to cover the cost of my return which just added insult yo injury, and if they had covered my return, so here I am...

Lovely product received but I decided it wasn’t for me, partly due to me not liking it with the outfit once everything was on and also the clip on the fascination pulls hair out every time you take it out, which I didn’t like. I have messaged the company twice to ask if I can return but I’ve not had any response from them. I was outwith the timescale on the website by a week, as you only get 2 weeks to return an item. So I messaged asking if I can still return. Silence…..
From beginning to end, process was faultless.

I received superb service from this company. They advised me re suitable products via chat and email, offered to match colours from a photo if I wished, and delivered my order on time. Further follow up to ensure that I was happy. Excellent. And the fascinator is too.
