I am so happy that I came across FashionTutor in my search for a beginners Gerber instructor. I could not have asked for better! Ben is a fantastic instructor. Great communications from the beginning to schedule dates, sending instructions well in advance and through the course he explained each step clearly. I look forward to taking the Intermediate course with him.

I highly recommend Ben’s Gerber course. I just completed a four day one to one gerber training and feel that I am now equipped with the knowledge to master Gerber Accumark. Ben is great at explaining the points thoroughly and it was very useful that Ben could adapt the speed of the training to my needs. The training was very personal and Ben gave me a lot of tips and tricks. If you are thinking of learning Gerber Ben would be a perfect teacher no matter what level you start at.

Ben was a fantastic guide on all things pattern & Gerber explaining to us novices how it works; from paper to digitising to Gerber, plus loads of industry insights on 'how it's done'. I've spoken to lots of experts but Ben's insights were the clearest! Great teacher

I can't recommend this Beginner's Gerber course & Ben enough. I have learnt so much during our 4 sessions of one to one remote training.

Ben has been a great teacher, he's very patient & always happy to answer any questions I have.

This course is great value for money & gives you a true insight to how digital pattern cutting in the industry works.

What really sold this course to me & sets Ben aside from the rest was the fact he offers remote training. I currently commute a lot for my job so to be able to do this course in the comfort of my own home was perfect. And with it being one on one it was tailored to me & how I learn, so we could go at my pace.

I'm sure I'll be going back to Ben for additional training & potentially enrolling on his Intermediate Digital Pattern Cutting course.

I highly recommend this course to someone who wants to learn Gerber basic. I was recommended on the Gerber Accumark beginners course with Ben by one of my previous work colleagues and am very pleased with the results. I had 1:1 sessions online and learnt a lot along with his very helpful lesson notes.

His training course is a must-have for anyone new to Gerber.

I followed Ben's beginners Gerber Accumark course and I can honestly say that it was such good value for money and amazing industry aimed training. His program, study notes and demonstrations were very easy to follow and he explained in a very a clear way. The structure and topics covered set you up really well to get to grips with the program, and I would recommend it to anyone planning on working as a pattern cutter for a company that uses Gerber software. Nothing negative to say!! A great teacher!

It was a great 1 on 1 4 days course. It helped me build my skills with Gerber Accumark in a practical way. Ben is a great tutor, he was always happy to answer my questions related to pattern alterations scenarios that might come up at work.
I took the course remotely which was also super convenient for me.

Just finished the grading course and Oliver took me with such a patience through the mysteries of grading. Hi has a great knowledge on the field, and doing the course from the comfort of my own house is fabulous. Defenetly will comback for the next level.

He is such an amazing tutor.
I have been off work for a couple of years as a pattern cutter due to maternity leave and COVID and lost confidence.
He was able to restore my confidence and update me with the latest Gerber program.
I know feel fully equipped to look for a work again.

Great one to one class learning about the gerber programme and all its tools available to create patterns with a great teacher that does go with you in deapth if needed in any direction you want to go into.

I have just completed the 1-1 remote Accumark digital pattern cutting course for beginners, I was a complete newbie and had no idea how to work the software. Ben was a great teacher, he had loads of patience with me as it did take me a while to get my head around things. After 16 hours worth of sessions, I now feel like I understand the software enough to help me on my journey through my career move. I 100% recommend Ben, I would definitely go back to him for any future intermediate courses. Thanks!

Not being a complete novice, I wanted to improve my knowledge on Gerber as I had very basic previous training many years ago. I took the 4 day course of 1-1 sessions with Ben and I've found this has really improved my confidence in using the software as well as learning new functions and shortcuts I wasn't aware of before.
Ben is such a great teacher, super friendly and patient. Everything is explained in detail and it was lovely to talk to someone who has so much industry knowledge. Would highly recommend! Thank you so much Ben :)

After having a very basic introduction to Gerber at university I wanted to improve my skills in preparation for a masters degree. I had 1-1 sessions and noticed my skills and confidence grow massively over the four sessions. Everything was set to my own pace which made it easy to focus on my area of study and ask questions when I needed!

I have just finished the GERBER Accumark beginners course via 1-1 remote access, 16hrs across 4 days. Although I have some experience of digital pattern making I was a complete novice with Accumark.
I can't recommend Fashiontutor highly enough! Ben is a fantastic tutor, he has a wealth of industry expertise and is a calm and insightful teacher. The 4 days flew by, and I now feel I have a good working knowledge of digital patten making and I'm looking forward to putting that to practise in the workplace.
A very worthwhile investment and I would love to continue and complete the intermediate/advanced courses too.

Ben is calm and collected during class. He’s thorough with his knowledge and makes you feel at ease when asking a range of questions. We did 4 hour sessions for 4 days and I knew nothing about the Gerber software. Post training I have been able to digitise, amend patterns, build models and create orders. Highly recommend.
