Researched a number of companies and opted for FastPark based on price and reviews, although not the very cheapest still less than half the price of Heathrow's official equivalent.
The service was superb, we were contacted on our way to the airport and the driver was there waiting to take the keys when we arrived. Upon our return (from Australia), again received a call whilst waiting for our baggage and when we arrived at the car park there was our car, in excellent condition.
Staff were helpful and friendly in person and on the phone, I will definitely be using this service again.

Used this company for the first time when flying off for a for a week away. The instructions were spot on - we were running about 30 minutes behind ourt booked slot and FastPark called us to check how far away we were from Heathrow. They met us at the drop off point and took the parking ticket off me to pay it. Same story on the way back - called me as we stepped off the plane. I confirmed with them when we had reached baggage reclaim and the car was waiting for us when we arrived at the pick up point. My only criticism is that the guys meeting us had nothing to identify that they worked for FastParking, so I had to work out who to talk to - a badge or branded gilet would help?

We have used this company around 4 times now and their service is excellent. we booked last minute for a long weekend trip to NYC, and the communication was excellent and collection, drop off, both seamless, all at last minute notice.
We will continue to use this company as far and above, the best out there. many thanks

This is probably the third time we have used their service and every time it has been exceptional. They are always there to meet you on arrival for drop off and are very quick to meet you when your return. Easy to book and amazing value for money would highly recommend.

I have used Fastpark a few times having switched from another Meet & Greet company. They have always been present when dropping off, following a 20 min pre call. The longest we have had to wait on collection is about 10mins which is perfectly acceptable for a paying car park. The most recent time the car arrived in the car park the same time as we did. They are very responsive to phone calls.

Polite, helpful and extremely efficient service, and at a very reasonable price - a fraction of the cost of others. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again at Heathrow.

Having decided to cancel our arranged parking with another provider because of a major decline in positive reviews, we turned to FastPark 10 days before our 34 day holiday. They were brilliant- there when we arrived at T3 Heathrow at 6 am and only a 5 minute wait for them to drop the car off at T2 on our arrival back from Singapore (Plane came in early and amzingly no hold ups in customs and baggage collection ). Car had even been jetwashed before and the fee included the parking charges so no extra to pay. Very good and pleasant service and will definately use again

Professionalism and customer service at its best. We have always avoided valet parking having read all the horror stories but, this time, just had no choice and we are converted! Fast Park are one of the most efficient, friendly and professional companies that we have met on our travels. They called to confirm the terminal when we were about 1-hour away (we'd made a mistake - oops!), while the pick up and return was seamless. They even called to advise a 5 minute wait due to the driver being stuck in a queue to the car park. It's those small touches that elevate the customer experience above the rest. The car had been parked close to the airport, was clean and the driver paid the short stay fee then gave us the exit ticket. Well done, Fast Park - exemplary service as promised. Look forward to parking with you again :)

Just returned from a trip, travelling in and out of T5. I was really worried about Meet & Greet, given the shocking reviews on most companies.

FastPark were superb- really friendly, well organised, calm and efficient. They were really prompt on collection and honestly I'll make a point of using them every time.

Absolutely no complaints about this parking experience . We have used many different companies for parking at Heathrow but this one is the best so far . Cost was a bit more than others but I went by the good reviews this time and paid the extra to use Fastpark Heathrow . I’m certainly happy that I did . They rang us on the way to the airport and were waiting when we arrived . Both the driver and the person on the phone spoke excellent English and were extremely friendly and polite . On return they rang me as we entered the luggage area and I let them know when our bags had been collected . We only waited a few minutes for the car to arrive and be on our way . They pay the short stay parking fee . I would definitely book with them again !

Wonderful every time. I’ve used three times and they are perfect on each occasion. Extremely courteous and punctual and professional. I used a different premium company at Gatwick and they were vastly inferior to Fast park. My brother even said fastpark were too good. There are so many firms competing for this business that it is great to have found such a reliable product.

I have used FastPark Heathrow on 3 separate occasions and have found their service excellent and very competitively priced.

They offer a valet meet-and-greet service for less than the price of Heathrow's cheapest on-site parking with shuttle bus. In my experience, they have always arrived promptly for pick-up and drop-off (which happens in the terminal's short stay car park). I also found them to be very easy to contact by phone and whatsapp.

Also, unlike some other services, the price includes the cost of entering and exiting the short stay car park for drop off and pick-up, so there are no additional or unexpected charges. All they ask is that you call them to confirm your arrival time at the airport, and once you land.

On one occasion, I had to confirm my travel time at the last minute, and was able to book valet parking with FastPark the same day as I travelled via whatsapp and pay via invoice. Truly can't recommend them enough!

This is now the second time for us to use FastPark Heathrow and yet another 5 star service .
We have 2 further overseas trips booked this year and we will definitely be using FastPark Heathrow again .
Professional service again with no problems at drop off , telephoned the company as stated 20 mins before our arrival and such an easy drop off .
On our return within 5 mins of walking off the plane I had a courtesy arrival call on my mobile and then after our luggage collection I rang and our car was waiting at the terminal and the car parking entry ticket that is all included in the price was validated and off we went all within an hour of landing .

Slight confusion on the drop off as no one there to initially pick up keys but all resolved quickly. The pickup was super slick even though our flight was delayed and it was late so we were very pleased and would definitely use them again. Thank you

I rarely do reviews but we have used this company on lots of occasions and its always excellent, this time we ran into trouble on M25 and they sent us to a different drop off to save us a vital 10 minutes. they are excellent

Gave this company a 5 star rating last year when their service was perfect. Hit a problem this time but have to say that the way they dealt with matter was exemplary. The issue was immediately and thoroughly investigated with a speedy resolution that I was more than satisfied with. Human error sometimes happens, just good to come across a company that deals with, what is no doubt a rare blip, in such an honest and professional way. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend FastPark and will definitely be using them again next time.

I have now used FastPark twice and each time they have provided excellent service and a very reasonable cost,. They are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend

I've been using them 10+ years and every time it's same flawless drop off and collection. I get nice texts confirming, wishing me a good flight etc, but most importantly they are there on time at drop off and collection. Genius. Thanks guys

Can't fault this company at all. On arrival the man was there waiting for the 2 cars that we booked in. Easy to find. On pop up we had just landed and the company was ringing to check if we had just landed and told me to ring as we get our bags. Rang as we got our bags and the drop off location was the same for the pick up location so was nice and easy to find straight out of arrivals. The man was there with the 2 cars ready and waiting. They also cleaned our cars because he said it was covered in leaves which we thought was very kind of them.

Highly recommended!!
