This is a real company with lower rates than most, and they came through with my new passport on time. I would 100% recommend them. “Davidd” was great!

I am writing regarding the Fast Passport Center. Today is July 19th. Last Sunday I found out that God miraculously provided money for me to attend a church mission trip. The next day I found out that God had also provided money for my passport and vaccinations.

The problem, we were leaving Saturday at 6 am meaning I had 4 days to prepare. I had no passport and no birth certificate.

I looked at every company on the web and found that Fast Passport Center had very competitive prices, and could get me a passport in the time I had.

David was very professional and whet out of his way to get me on track. He answered every question every time I called (about 10 times I think) and provided what I needed within minutes.

The reason I chose them specifically, is because they had a PHONE NUMBER ON THEIR "CONTACT US" TAB and I could call to find out exactly what I had to do to get a passport on time. I was astounded that the others wanted you to email or write to them.

Though the cost is high, I was happy to pay it to be able to have what I needed in time to make the trip. I feel completely confident in recommending Fast Passport Center.

Also, I am an actual customer, not someone being paid to write reviews that are absolute fabrications.

Super fast! Easy and convenient service. I lost my passport when moving house, so needed a new one urgently for an upcoming trip. The whole experience was very user-friendly... and above all QUICK.

At the last minute I found out I needed a renewed passport (although my passport was current and not expiring for about 7 months when I planned the trip). My passport had to be good 6 months beyond the date when I was to return to the U.S., so I wanted to have my renewed passport ASAP within 2 weeks. I looked on line and I felt apprehensive about trusting a company claiming extremely quick turn arounds. I looked more closely at the information and reviews on Fast Passport Center and pulled up fastpossportcenter.com and ordered my passport renewal. I sent along the new photo and filled in all the data needed and within 14 days I received my new passport. They did exactly what they said they would do and gave me tracking numbers and when I called to check on it, they told me what day it was going to arrive; and it did. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them to others.

Fast Passport Center was able to get my passport to me in 4 business days (including all of the documents getting shipped back and forth).
They were also able to get my Chinese visa in 5 business days.
Dave, there at Fast Passport Center, worked with me on this one. I was impressed with how hard he worked on it, to make sure everything got done.

Fast Passport Center, on their website, "guarantees to process your passport application within your requested service time frame." The service I received was far from that.

I requested to expedite a lost passport on April 16, 2018 for a business trip I was taking overseas. I paid $185.00 for a 3-4 business day processing window. Due to the tight turnaround as my trip was to begin on May 13, I paid an additional $90.00 on April 30 for a 1 day turn-around.

On May 2, I was told that my application was processing, which should have resulted in delivery no later than May 4.

Between May 2 and May 7 I followed up daily with Fast Passport Center for updates, only to be told that there was a delay and that they would give me updates when available. I was refunded $50 for the inconvenience but was still kept in the dark on the status of my passport. Between May 7 and May 11, I emailed and called daily and was given the same "no update response."

On May 11, two days before my trip, David Donovan finally gave me an update that there was an error on my application and that I would have to refile all documents. Not believing that to be true, I spoke with the Philadelphia Passport Agency (a government entity) and was told that the only issue with my application was that it was turned in more than 5 days after the dated signature on my forms; meaning that Fast Passport Center and David Donovan never turned in my forms until it was too late.

I eventually had to drive 2 hours from my home to another government Passport Agency to completely refile my documents, rendering Fast Passport Center's services and my $225.00 payment unnecessary. After all of these issues, David Donovan and Fast Passport Center have refused to refund me.

Words cannot describe this amazing company. My daughter was down to a time crunch and needed her passport in 2 days. Carrie N. worked with us every step of the way. Carrie provided details instructions and even reviewed the paperwork to ensure all was well. Carrie was quick to respond to emails and phone calls. The passport was processed and returned in the guaranteed time. Thank you Carrie for helping make my daughters dreams come true!

These folks are just awesome. So detail and simple instructions. I have been using them for the last 5 years for all my passport services and they have never let down.

I had my doubts but went ahead and used them anyway based on the online reviews. I was desperate but they were able to pull through for my passport renewal. Awesome expedited service! I will definitely use them again if I fall in to the same short notice international travel.

Fast Passport Center was efficient and very fast. The instructions on a checklist, were easy to understand and follow. I received my passport 3 days after submitting all the paperwork.

This company expedites your passport/passport renewal with the state dept. They legitimately can't guarantee when your passport will be handled by the state dept BUT they CAN communicate the status and they DO NOT. You get no confirmation that your passport papers/processing have been received, they DO NOT review your submission before sending to state dept, they DO NOT check your status themselves, they DO NOT inform you when your passport is ready and being fedexed to you---your passport just shows up--on your doorstep where anyone could take it. As long as everything is processing smoothly by the state dept, you will receive your passport in the designated time. If there is a problem YOU WILL NOT KNOW and you will NOT be able to contact them. They do NOT answer emails, they are cranky if you call and don't want to talk to you--they want you to email which they may or may not answer. You have no real idea of the status of your very important passport.
As such I give them 2 stars only. They communication is NOT GOOD.
If I needed a passport expediting service again, I WOULD NOT USE OR RECOMMEND THEM.

Addendum:

My passport was delayed because of my own error, but Fast Passport at no time initiated a contact with me about the status of my passport....I had to ask them for a status over and over. They promised an email with a status and did not send it.
My status page on their site was NEVER updated with a status: passport received from customer, passport sent to agency, passport delayed, passport fedexed back. The status page has a link to a fedex tracking ID. It is NEVER provided so you cannot track your returning passport or even know that it has been sent. This causes stress and anxiety.

I have a coworker who also used Fast Passport Center, and even tho his passport came quickly, he had the same issues. He did not know that it was being returned; fedex dropped it on his doorstep and luckily he was there to get it, otherwise it would have sat there all day. He had to contact them to get a receipt for his services so he could expense them...which means they don't do that automatically. His status page was never updated with any info.

The issue is they don't communicate what is going on with this very important procedure with a key type if ID. It is substandard business service.

Thank Goodness for Fast Passport Center!!

Just a few days before leaving on an international vacation I noticed my passport had just expired. I was mortified at my oversight and afraid that all the money we had just spent on flights and accommodations was to be wasted, never mind disappointing my husband. Praying for a miracle I went online and was excited to find that Fast Passport Center was able to help me. Yay!!!!!

With fingers crossed I filled out the paperwork, gathered the materials and had my package shipped off to them the following day.

My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were 2-3 times when I was anticipating an email or return phone call and after a couple hours of not hearing back I had to call them. This caused me to feel anxious. Fortunately they were very good about picking up and professionally responding to my call. I would ideally give a 4.5 or 4.75 if possible. And so my advice to other customers would be to just call right away if you have any questions or concerns.

The final result was that I received my new passport on the morning I flew and was sooooo unbelievably grateful for their services.

I contacted Fast Passport, based upon a random search for Passport expediters - and gave them a call. The representative was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I explained that I had only a few days to obtain a Passport and Fast Passport Center was able to expedite processing in time to make my "bucket-list" travel. I would recommend Fast Passport Center for any Passport related services.

Very impressed. Exactly as promised. I forgot that my two little girls needed passports to a UK trip happening only a week and a half away. Signed up for the 3-4 business day service and got passports in the mail yesterday. They were very thorough in their paperwork to me so I knew exactly what to do.

I needed to get a passport for the first time for my upcoming study abroad trip. I waited until the last minute and had know idea what I was doing, but the Fast Passport Center really made the process easy. My representative gave me all the information that I needed and made sure I had all of the records that was required. I definitely suggest this agency to anyone that needs their passport in a short amount of time.
