Ordered a skip to be told by email the day after that they could not fulfill my order. Fair enough, and told me refund was processed. Where is my money then? Absolute con of a company - AVOID. Have had to raise with my bank just to fight for my money!!

Good price, quick and easy booking

Could not deliver the skip on the day we had ordered it for - but wasn’t told I had to phone to chase. I cancelled the skip. Two weeks and several phone calls later I am still waiting for a refund. They can’t find the payment which clearly was taken from my account. Promised call backs which they never do! Never ever experienced such poor customer service. Exhausting!

I cancelled a skip from fastskips 14 days ago and no refund every time I call they say im on a list no help at all very bad company

Booked and paid online only to be told by email the next day that they had no availability and order cancelled. Useless and disappointing.

Where to start?

Had to chase delivery of the skip 3 times in 2 days (25/04/25)
Was told to ring Fletchers waste in Sheffield as they were providing the skip.

So the skip was 3 days late. Delivered on the 28th April 2025

365 days later and the skip is still here. Constant phone calls, ignored emails to collect. All we get told is that the job is on the list, but waiting for a driver to be assigned. How the hell this company still trades is beyond belief. No wonder fletchers have had to change their name! Absolute disgrace. Avoid!
Spend the extra few quid and get a decent waste company to provide you with one.

Word of warning - screenshot your order confirmation as you won't get an email or order number. Probably because they don't want to be found...

Rubbish (if you'll pardon the pun). Ordered 4th April for delivery Fri 10th. Called on the following Tuesday and was promised delivery next day (the order got lost in the system). Now on 22nd and nothing so have claimed it back on my credit card.

Won’t be using this company again.

The drivers and phone staff were polite, but the overall process is very poorly managed. I ordered a skip for 7 days, filled it within a couple of days, and called to arrange early collection. I was told it would be picked up within 2 days, but no one arrived.

I then had to chase again on day 8, only to be told it could take another 5 days. In the end, the skip wasn’t collected until day 13, with no communication beforehand.

This left a full skip sitting on my drive for nearly a week longer than agreed, which was very inconvenient and disrupted access to my property.

I only chose this company because it was £50 cheaper, but I won’t make that mistake again.

The driver very polite very helpful and the price is great if need another skip would definitely get from fastskip

I have used fast skips on a number of occasions and I have never had any issues. They have always delivered and collected on time. Highly recommended for the best prices around.

Great value some confusion on the delivery date as the order wasn’t allocated a driver for the booked day, however, it was delivered next day.

Absolutely awful service. Had the skip two weeks. Would not collect skip and charged us extra. Did not turn up when they were supposed to.
Avoid at all costs!! Very expensive and service is shocking.
