Convenient and Enjoyable Delivery Experience Every Time
Love the convenience of being able to collect from this shop or return an item there if necessary. It’s a godsend when living in a rural area. Shop assistants always so friendly and helpful and it’s an excuse for a browse round the shop while I’m there.

Following a conversation with customer service they advised me to reorder and they would then honour the original discount code. New items were the correct fit. Beautiful dress and matches well with the dress great for spring

Warm, friendly staff selling some great stuff
Ordered online & my item was able to be collected from my local store. I received a warm & friendly lady who helped me efficiently & kindly. I was looking for a casual, daily use handbag that wasn't your usual plain & typical design. I had plenty of choice & I'm really pleased with it!

The Fat Face store in Abersoch was fantastic. There was a great sale on but the staff still did a great job of making us aware for some real special savings.
All the staff where super friendly and helpful without any pressure.
