I've been wearing Fatface clothing for years, it's always nice quality and great design, and it's so nice to go into a shop and find the staff bright, intelligent and friendly rather than sullen and rude as seems to be the norm these days. A great retail experience, well done!

Lauren, Laura and Sam saved what was a dreadful Fat Face Online experience, into a brilliant one. I was incredibly let down when Fat Face customer service didn't really care to help when they sent me the wrong size of an item... so I contacted my closest store to ask if they had it in stock there, Lauren was brilliant and put them on hold for me until I could get there in the afternoon. When I arrived in store Laura and Sam were such bright, kind and lovely people, happy to help and have a chat with me... they're a credit to Fat Face, and the customer service department could learn a thing or two from them all. Thank you Lauren, Laura and Sam, I'll ditch the Fat Face online and just head to my local store where I feel like a valued customer! Brilliant in store service. The store is also always immaculate whenever I go in.

I purchased a black top for my daughter and it was too big. I therefore returned it and explained. Katie said she could go and see if there was one out the back. She was unable to find it but suggested I came back after Christmas when it should be there! She took my phone number to be able to get in contact. I asked for none of this, it was done off her own back.

I would just like to say that Katie is an asset to your company. Such a lovely disposition, felt like she really cared. Life needs more Katie's in it!

I am so happy with the service I received from Sam in the Banbury Gateway store yesterday. He must have overheard me telling my husband I have wanted the Rene dress for ages in black as I had the other colours already. Sam came over and offered to look in the stockroom, but he didn't have it, so he ordered it to be delivered to my home address as I don't live in Banbury. I can not wait for it to arrive.Thank you, Sam!!

I had to return something from my order and the staff in the Banbury store are just fab. I'm always struggling to find great plus-size clothing and the lady who helped me the other day in the store was lovely and helpful and, not only did the return for me, but pointed me in the direction of some great plus-size dresses in the sale. Its a breath of fresh air having such attentive staff.

I absolutely love sale time at Fatface in Banbury. The entire shop is full of lovely Fatface sale items to entice and encourage investment in statement pieces and every day wear at 50% of their usual price.

I spent possibly a little too much but my purchases included the monochrome coat that I'd desperately wanted so I was so happy that I was able to buy it at a third of its full price. Yes, I said a 3rd: £55 instead of £150.

The staff in the Banbury shop are really helpful and are interested in what their customers are buying.

I had an absolute brilliant assistant called Denise. After returning quite a few items she took the time to go and look for a different size on the rack, return rail and the website.
This was in the Banbury Gateway store.
I wish there was more Denise’s about.

Visited Fatface in Banbury recently, such a lovely, clean well set out store. Staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Shall definitely make this my go to store.
