Lovely cardigan
So very happy with this cardigan, I was away in Cornwall and this was perfect to put on top of a Breton to keep the chill off. I haven’t washed it yet but hopefully will be as good as previous Fatface purchases.

Bude Fat Face is amazing!
I love the Bude store. Always a friendly face and nothing is too much trouble. The shop is clean and well laid out and sometimes there’s a great bargain to be had too! Thank you ladies for offering great service

It is quite easy to order and also if needed to return items. Staff at my local branch Bude are very welcoming and helpful without hounding you, they let you browse.
On the down side, there are too many colours on the garments and what used to be nice cotton jumpers are more like a tencel material.

Shop online gives access to the Fatface outlet store. The items were of excellent quality at very good prices. Delivered to my local store who are always friendly and helpful.

I look forward to popping into my local Fat Face store! The shop is always immaculately presented with the clothes beautifully displayed.
The staff team provide a friendly and welcoming environment to shop in. They are very helpful and always assist me with their honest opinion about the fit of what I’m trying on and aid my decision on what products to buy.
I really do enjoy shopping in this store and leave with a smile from the fabulous service.

Shop and staff at FatFace bude
We were on holiday in bude in early June and brought several items from the FatFace shop. The greeting we got was very friendly, the staff were lovely and friendly very chatty made you feel very welcome. Even the dog got a biscuit.

'Milly' childs dress, beautiful and well made
We recently bought a 'Milly ' dress online for our 9 year old niece. The dress is only available to buy online, so it was fortunate that I looked on website. Our niece loves the dress, it is a lovely colourful summer dress and well made with lots of attention to detail which made it stand out for us. Ordered it on website for collection at our local shop. It arrived within the 3-5 days stated.

Bude store
Visited the Bude store this morning. Thought I would slip in quietly in the hope of getting shorts, with a lack of body confidence I tried a pair on which didn’t fit well. Sue B then approached and calmly and quietly offered the most amazing support. She selected lots of choice and gave great advice. Happily left with my new shorts. Really impressed with such helpful, supportive and friendly service.

Great experience
All went well from easy to order online, arrived in good time at the Bude store and the retail assistant Sam was really friendly and quickly found my order when I went to collect, so all was great.
