Lovely Shop, Always Greeted with a smile. Sarah, Maria and Jimmy went above and beyond to help me. Ended up coming out with more. I only went to return some dungarees and left with more dungarees and more! Thank you again! One of my favourite shops in canterbury. Staff are credit. See you soon!

Best place I’ve seen this store in all my visits. We come to Canterbury every few months! We had to check out FatFace as we always do. Great spring product in, lovely lay out. 2 Boys went above and beyond to help me, (shame I didn’t get there names) Thank you. One of my favourite FatFace stores in the heart of Canterbury. Lovely store, Very friendly team went above and beyond, Good quality knitwear! Lovely spring items that caught my eye, thank you to Jamie for the tour and taking the time to show me round and get more items then what I went for :) Highly recommend this brand!

An inviting store to visit
Store is well laid out and not overstocked with umpteen annoying floor displays. Staff are always attentive and friendly without being overbearing.
I hope it does not succumb to being closed and half-heartedly absorbed into the nearest Next store.

Good and stylish Shirt
I bought a shirt online to be delivered at store. Arrived without delay and was notified I could pick it up. No problems at all. Good quality clothes and friendly staff at the store. Highly recommend this brand.

The part in the store worked perfectly well, and quickly.
The quality of the socks has gone down since the last time I bought socks from Fatface - they're thinner and feel cheaper - but the price has inevitably gone up.

Great customer service !
Found the layout of the store very appealing and easy to find. Was in need of a summer dress and found lots of options thanks to Nikiah who took the time to help me with lots of options as well as accessories to suit each look. She was fab! Would definitely come again (hoping Nikiah is working:))

I received excellent advice and assistance in choosing clothing for my wife. The assistant Dorothy was very helpful and gave me advice on the outfits and various options for me to consider.

A beautiful store
I very rarely have the time to write a review about a store unfortunately, but felt I needed to take some time out to give feedback about a particular store in Canterbury.
The moment I walked into the store I was impressed with the clothing, colour and fabric choice.
The way it was displayed was lovely and spacious and the staff were happy and extremely polite and helpful.
The fabrics really did stand out and were beautiful and Summery, that I ended up buying a few items and will most definitely return in the future.
