Great experience in the Cowbridge…
Great experience in the Cowbridge store. Both ladies were helpful and assisted with opinion on an outfit I tried on. Prefer this smaller store to the one in Cardiff city centre as there is a more personal touch applied to the customer service.

Excellent customer service and quality items
Items arrived quickly at store. I was emailed upon arrival. The staff had my goods ready for me when I arrived.
Really happy with all of my items. All excellent quality and exactly as described 😊

The jean fabric was too thick. I could not do the waistband button up. The size was correct.

Great service
I ordered my items to be delivered to store and when I went to pick them up, I arrived literally as they were just about to lock up. When I said I was only picking up an order, the two ladies in store were very accommodating and let me collect my package rather than having to go back. So grateful to them.
