I ordered online to pick up in store but my parcel took 7 days to reach the store & I didn’t get my email to say it was ready to collect until after I had collected it! Staff in store were great- wish I had just bought directly from store and not bothered with online - will know next time.

The reason & only reason I gave only 4…
The reason & only reason I gave only 4 starts as oppose to 5 stars is that at my branch (not sure whether this applies to other brances) still nolonger do 'Click & Collect' - so, although I literally live only a 7 mins walk from my branch but if I don't spend a certain amount I have to pay for home delivery! My branch use to offer this service prior to Covid but, unfortunately, have not reinstated this service again.
Other than that I do love FatFace clothing both adults & children plus your Sales are genuine reductions too!
